People thought she posted on /b/ eons ago. And then recently she was calling out Soros. She only did that because Soros might have given money to Scooter Braun, the guy who bought her former record label, Big Machine, that owns her masters.

IIRC, she's an idiot because she or her dad missed the shareholder meeting about the buyout and neither Swift did anything to oppose it.

Edit: She's only taken up politics in the last few years because she probably feels she's past her prime, career wise, and uses politics to keep her in the limelight.

Edit 2: the record label issue reminds me of the whole Prince vs Warner Bros fiasco. Except Prince was way more autistic about the whole thing since he could have gotten his masters sooner if he negotiated with WB about it like an adult. Metallica got theirs only like 2 years later with their new contract with WB.

Edit 3: Masters = Master recordings. Back in the day, record labels owned the tapes songs were recorded, the mix downs of albums, and the audio copyright for the songs/albums. Most artists now of days licenses their masters to the labels instead of joining a label and the label owning the masters.

MTF trans can choose Female, FTM trans can choose Male and the NBs go with other. Problem solved.

It does not require information regarding gender. It does require a question regarding Indians and that is the real outrage considering what they did with the information...
