Hibiscus delicious friend.I drink tea every morning! I keep going back to it after I realize coffee makes me sick. I just drink black Lipton tea like the peasant I am. I drink it with almond/coconut tard cum and NO SUGAR ew ew ew. If I drink something like Chai I use Stevia because sugar in tea is horrying to me.
I always wanted to try Hibiscus tea!http://www.puritan.com/only-natural-brand-0331/hibiscus-tea-072261?scid=3763&cmp=gpl-_-Coffee and Tea-_-072261&CAWELAID=1782917304&gclid=CMn41rLrwsACFQwV7AodAUgAwg![]()
im a basic bitch so early grey for me. if there is tea that taste like black barriers, i take that too.
There seems to be a sort of perception that tea is a little gay vs coffee or something because it has a lower caffeine content. Well it's become clear to me that there's a reason the British fought wars over tea in the past.Reviving this thread so I hope it gains some interest from others.
I started drinking tea in my teens, as a friend of mine loved it and preferred it over coffee. I don't mind coffee, but I sugar and cream it up too much to truly enjoy it. I first really liked chilled fruit teas, and I liked earl grey with two small tea spoons of sugar. Putting cream in earl grey was a tasty discovery too. My relationship with tea really changed when my mom got me a cute mug with it's own tea strainer, and a couple sample bags of loose leaf from Tiesta Tea. Haven't looked back since, I don't need to put adulterants in my tea either.
While Tiesta is good, being able to buy and drink tea from a local teahouse is quite nice too. If you want to switch it up from earl grey I highly suggest this tea from Nepal.
you try the 白毫银针 tea. in english is the white tea silver needle. taste like sweet and smooth when add the sugarThere seems to be a sort of perception that tea is a little gay vs coffee or something because it has a lower caffeine content. You know Adolf Hitler used to drink tea every evening in his study, and he was a pretty productive guy.
Everyone these days is an anxious nutcase. Green tea has l-theanine in it that will physiologically chill someone out, and people have recognized that it's incredibly healthy and longevity-promoting for a long time. Decaf green is great at night, it's surprising how effective an anxiolytic it is.
I stick to green or herbal since I don't drink much caffeine, I'm sure black is fine too though.
In my case I didn't really start off with tea until the last few years (partially because it seemed like a trivial drink for women and yuppies), originally I did it more for a little caffeine and purported health benefits, then I realized "This stuff is actually pretty cool. Maybe people all throughout history have been on to something with this whole tea thing".
And now I have to go make tea. It'll be decaf green and liquorice spice I think.
