Is that even a controversial opinion? It feels a lot more epic than simply dying.
In fairness, there were times in the original series where characters were sent to Hell, so basically the same thing. And the deaths were gruesome in the manga, like Bandit Keith's hand morphing into a gun and being forced to blow his brains out.

I always assumed that was mental, that Pegasus was using the eye's psychic abilities to kill Bandit Keith, not that he was literally turning his hand into a gun. Like the Matrix. "Your mind makes it real". Speaking of gruesome deaths, the one that always comes to my mind is from the first volume, when Yugi sets the dude on fire by tricking him into pouring vodka on himself.

Yugi Oh is pretty unique in the anime changes being preferable, like not killing Pegasus.
I don't like how Kaiba's original arc was boiled down to one episode because he loses a lot of the motivation to create the holograms and also why he wanted to destroy the Blue Eyes White Dragon so badly. But aside from that, the toning down of the more intense parts of the manga was to its benefit.

Yeah, with exception of a few people where there was legit physical danger involved (like the lighter and a scorpion in a shoe), it was all mind games.

So Bandit Keith might've had himself an aneurysm.

No, it's confirmed he's dead dead. There's even a spinoff where he gets resurrected from the dead to help the villains.

He never said he wasn't killed? Just that instead of Keith's hand transforming into a gun, everything we see is what Keith sees, not what actually happens.
Oh, oops. I mean who knows? Keith's hand turning into a gun wouldn't be the most unusual thing to happen in the manga. Wouldn't even be the most outlandish thing to happen in that arc.

It’s very bold of them to think there’s enough people that are even concerned about what’s going on with TFS.

At this point I don't want them to do Buu saga. It will be just incoherent yelling, Goku bad dad takes, gay songs, gay shipping and ugly "original" animation.

They'll also censor the Videl fights because beating kids is funny, but don't you dare to the same level of brutality on women (which justifies why there are no women in shonen).
