Yeah I never thought the LPs were the problem. It was Kaiser, who was never really in them, being a slow autistic editor who would also do shit like go on month-long vacations and frequently be too sick to go on Premier and waggle lip flaps.

He let Lani and Taka be writers and frequently overruled them when they wanted to do dumb jokes instead of serious storylines, then made himself the director and editor so he had final say over everything.
Sure, while training the newbie everything will slow down, but once they know what to do and are doing the exact thing you taught them, shit goes fast. The only downside is you hire someone incompetent and wasted time training them before firing them.
