Probably already said it but what is even the point? Unless a boy was a turbo faggot, had a sister or it was between two other shows he wanted to see, he didn't watch Sailor Moon. And not having nostalgia for the show just makes Abridging it into a skit.
I remember watching bits and pieces when I was a little kid, I'm sure the transformation scenes captured child-me's attention quite well.

I saw Kaiser was grave dancing on Scott Adams

It got sandwiched into a lot of favorable time slots between big shows for kids around Kaiser's age. Even if most boys didn't watch it, they were at least aware of it's existence. It got quite a few re-releases and re-runs too so the odds of boys seeing it was pretty darn high. Although that brings up the demographics question of who is this made for?
How many people watched it enough to remember plot points though? Most of the jokes in abridged is riffing on retarded plot/localisation.

What a piece of shit, especially as his drawings look worse than the Dilbert comic, and he'll never create something he can call his own.

Hm, a guy whos a fat loser with daddy issues he still cant get over, a dying youtube chanell and was also super bitter towards one of his former collegues breaking into the VA bussiness. Kaiser my guy, please dont tell me how yaz is "happy". Also, you and Adams have a two things incommen: 1. You both fucked up your cash cows by acting retarded and 2. You both are going down in flames.

You're talking about one of the most iconic series of all time. So probably at least a few. However, the dub is notoriously bad so who knows.

Who's he bitter over? I'm unfamiliar with this.

I forgot the chicks name (she did the voice of Android 18 ), but apparently she got a legit VA job. During one stream Kaiser "joked" how she was gonna fail and end up working at a Starbucks in New York.
Oh shit she was Pieck good for her I hope it stings that she succeeded.
Yeah in the Abridgimon movie they made that joke. Then when talking about it later in a podcast or maybe a panel, Kaiser mentioned how most voice actors usually move to LA and fail. And while he failed, she has apparently done pretty well so I guess, Scott, maybe the problem is you?

But he'll never accept that.

Yeah in the Abridgimon movie they made that joke.
Speaking of Abridgimon, while I still had my chuckles over it, Project Mouthwash did the better abridged series with Tri (until Toei fucked them over big time). There was also Digimon Camper's Guide (that sadly I think pulled down the videos) that I remember being funnier than TFS' take.

Maybe hindsight is just a bitch, but I remember thinking that particular abridging was rather vitriolic, which is a bit unusual.

I remember UPN or some other non-cable channel back in the day running DBZ and Sailor Moon back to back early in the morning. I think a few of the channels just crammed all the anime together when they were testing the weeb waters.
