It's clear around 2022 he was doing some sort of physical exercise. Obviously whatever that was is no longer the case, as he's somehow skinnier and fatter than ever simultaneously.

I've been saying that for years. Dude might be an asshole when it comes to Goku (slightly understandable considering some of the things he talked about back in the day in regards to Japanese companies and English VAs) but not even he is stupid enough to jeopardize everything by disrespecting one of the most beloved VAs in the industry (who also voices THE guy everyone thinks of when you say 'anime').
 
I remember in old panels Sean used to say he basically actively avoided hearing the jap dub because he "didn't want to have his performance influenced" or some shit. I can kinda see his point, but it's still dumb. Like he was pretty hard line on the "they do they're thing, we do ours. Watch the original if that's what you want".
Clearly this changed, I'm guessing around the time of Kai and BoG, since he does the actual "Son Goku" speech on namek in Kai and claims to have pushed for it so they could be closer to the OG.
