The word filter seems to be applied to hyperlinks, which breaks them.

For example, on this page the 5th post has a link:
https://www.jta.org/jewniverse/2016/jean-paul-sartre-simone-de-beauvoir-loved-the-Trump's Chosen People

You just get an error page for that website as obviously they don't have an article with that name.

Likely using some UTF-8/16 characters that are interpreted as a single character so it doesn't activate the line break.

Because you are hotlinking images. To protect users, hotlinking is proxied. The larger your image, the more likely proxying will fail. If your source blocks requests from the server, it will always fail. Do not hotlink images. Do not post reaction GIFs because they're fucking shit.

Yes. Unless you're okay with people getting doxed and hacked because people have tried to do that with hotlinked images.

I tried wiping the post clean and starting anew, but I still got an error message.

For clarification, when I was making that post I accidentally unplugged my laptop's battery causing it to shut down, so maybe the problem has something to do with that.

EDIT: I also tried logging out of my account and viewing it, But when I did I was somehow logged back in.
