I have talked to some friends in the industry about this and the reason kiwifarms is hung over like this cloud is trannies have created a narrative that @Null is some sort of tranny chaser who does trans people and uses revenge porn. The main thing that they accuse the farms of is being some CP group page. This is why we have so many eager ddos attacks after all of were protecting nonces then cool we're allowed a ddos attack. It doesn't matter the Truth ATM but the narrative that's being spun.
Anyone who uses the farms knows this isn't the case but the narrative spun by Liz fong Jones to the hacker crowd is that Kiwifarms shares CP even though that isn't the case the farms have been bad jacketed so bad this might continue until lawsuits end it. Yes the journalists who spun this narrative are evil.

I have come back to suggest that Kiwifarms do not use Njalla. They own your domain and will essentially steal it if you get any complaints.

I had at least 6 domains taken because I transferred them over to Njalla and I get an abuse complaint that caused them to seize all of my domains and they refused to let me transfer them out. If you know Peter Sunde, he was part of the Pirate Bay crew, but that doesn't stop them from being far-left asswipes that will seize and steal your domains for no reason, which is essentially what happened to me.

Also they are absolutely ideologically aligned with the groups that want to take Kiwifarms down. A very bad decision.

My recommendations would include Namesilo or Nicenic. I have had domains at both and they do a good job of not bending over to mobs. You can also try a Chinese registrar at your own risk, which are way less likely to bow down to demands from the west.

Absolutely agreed. Do not use njalla, Sunde is a self described communist and total faggot. As you said, they own the domain, which means you have no opportunity to appeal to ICANN in the event they steal the domain.

The nature of their hosting means they have more responsibility for content on domains registered there, so they'll be worse for ToS malarkey than the typical registrar.

Transferring the domain to GoDaddy would be a preferable option to njalla.

At this point, I would try contacting ARIN or ICANN directly, showing them that their standard registrar model isn't working out (including evidence of any blatant policy violations that registrars have done), and ask if there is a special option to be hosted directly by them, or to provide a registrar that's contractually required by them to host anything.
The ability of registrars to collectively refuse to provide service because of PR reasons, effectively excluding someone from participating in the DNS without needing a court order, seems like a major gap in the ICANN policy. Did they really not address this in all the decades they've been operating? I'd double-check with them.

Of course not, we live in interesting times. Unknowable amounts of other businesses this has happened to have just... taken it. Rolled right over and died. Like that statistic about howevermanylarge percent of small businesses failing in just 5 years. Not worth it, they assume. Only Null's been able to be this stupidly stubborn and persistent about it, to even get to this stage. Your suggestion sounds reasonable, but I'd need to look into the ethnic and special interests makeup of ICANN to see if they'd ever entertain such a... protocol breach(probably not).
