yes I just updated the font to include foreign characters. it's defaulting to Palatino Linotype until you load the font.
 
Just confirming but the Telegram chat has been abandoned, right? The only thing there is the Rose bot sending captcha requests to everyone that joins, and seems nobody can comment
 
I haven't been able to connect to KF today for extended periods of time, both on clearnet and on Tor. It's not just me, right?
 
With the Telegram chat down is there a place we can go to bitch about not being able to sneed? something on Discord or Bluesky or something?

Also why does LinkedIn say that the kiwifarms employs midwives? or is that an irrelevant coincidence?

OK cool thanks I have wörked around das problem. Shame the pattern matching isn't a bit more sophisticated (regex check could probably check for 'ban ' and 'banned' leaving other words incorporating those three letters in sequence unmölested). Kinda fun to encounter the buttbuttination problem in current year.

Grievance is overstating but a question. I have a DM chain I would like to save. I just did this in a basic way of opening first page of it and hitting Save in my browser as a complete webpage. This worked fine for the first page but oddly for every subsequent page it fails due to the automated challenge. I get why that might fail for all pages, or none. But not the case of failing on all pages except the first.

I'd put it down to random luck but multiple tests I've never succeeded at saving a later page but always been able to save the first page. Is there some reason that could make sense of this? I'd really like to preserve this conversation.

Similar issue, getting a 403 forbidden trying to clear a DM notification by viewing it. Can view another inactive one from a different OP. TOR as well.
 
Opening the user menu is a bit slow for me. Is it happening to anybody else?

does going to the page in a private window or in a different browser fix the issue? if so, then it’s a caching issue. you’ll need to clear your browser history for kiwifarms.st
