Well that's a new one. But nobody can replace me.
I'd say make a TTS and tag Null in it, explaining exactly what you did so it can possibly be replicated.
 
I also got the "user has changed"-type notification yesterday in an idle thread, but wasn't in time to see any difference when I refreshed.

Images are cached by cloudflare.
Errors are considered images.
Errors render a full site.

Therefore,
A user opens an image and the error (the full site) is cached.
Another user opens the same image and gets the error rendered for the first user.

kiwifarms.net (and the matrix server and the rest of the domain) isn't resolving for me.

$ ping -c 10 kiwifarms.net
ping: cannot resolve kiwifarms.net: Unknown host

This is on ProtonVPN but I still suspect fuckery as the only other site I have had this particular issue with is 8kun.net which often fails to resolve while a normal DNS server resolves it fine.

kiwifarms.net resolves through other DNS servers.

Just a heads up in case this spreads and/or is not unique to one VPN.

ETA: may be a hiccup, it resolves now. Will update if it recurs, although it is very unusual for a site suddenly not to resolve while all others are behaving normally. Disregard if you actually changed something DNS-related.

Nothing's changed but Cloudflare handles it and sometimes they have region-based hiccups.
 
Shitposting in Dobson's thread, I discovered that I apparently have the power to post 8 minutes backwards in time. In order to prevent corruption of the fabric of the 4th dimension, an apocalypse, and the appearance of the ghost of a man wearing a freaky rabbit suit making cryptic statements, I am reporting this issue.

@Null the other day, out of nowhere, Kiwi Farms appeared to ask me for my location while on a mobile device when accessing the front page. Needless to say I was a little surprised by this and NOPEd out quickly. I don't expect that you did this but perhaps the software had a weird hiccup? Or, more worringly, perhaps there was some kind of injection attack (seems slightly far-fetched but who knows?)
 
It is not the software. Either it was a MitM on your network or something else.

Hai Null. Not to be a pain in the ass, but hoping you can let us know if the problem below is going to be addressed or not, I am surely not the only person it bugs when trying to find the post in the middle of a huge thread where someone has left a reaction sticky. I used to use this quite a bit before the board upgrade and didn't bring it up before recently because I had assumed someone was on it, but it's yet to be fixed.

When checking "reactions recieved", clicking on a listed reaction no longer links you to the post in question where the reaction was made, but just page 1 of the thread where the post (and reaction) were made.

Uh, no? There is no security issue. Sometimes you get a page with a different avatar. I'm not turning off image caching to fix it.

This is what I ment.

I kind of was afraid of that but not exactly surprised. Do wonder where it's living if it's an MiTM. Or just some weird out-of-hand shit the browser did. Mobile software sucks ass in general. Thanks for taking the time.

I've been having this problem this problem like everytime I post my post doesn't appear and when I post again I accidentally double post.

I logged in on a MacBook and I don't see the sidebar. I'm still using Chrome as I do on my Windows laptop so I don't understand why the site looks different.
