Singleplayer:

The Roster is a fucking joke, half of the OG Cast is missing.

Story is now full Dragon Ball Z balls to the walls ass mode, the introduction of a hybrid heihachi was ok but the girl is fucking sassy and annoying.

xbox live avatar mode is lackluster, so is the super duper ghost mode in my nigger ass.

ultra-hard bot difficulty is unironically baby mode

unreal engine 5 sucks my dick

Multiplayer:
Cheaters, Online-Shop mode with battle pass and what not, online ranks dont mean anything anymore,since everyone can grind to red ranks, plugging isnt punished (except when lowtiergod did it according to brolylegs last tweet, may he rip)

season pass is also ass, since Eddy and Heihachi arent in the base roter, and Lidia is just polish karate lady

Unbalanced Characters, King gets all the glory he deserves now.

Harada is a fucking chink nigger and should commit sudoku.

havent played after 1-2 months of release but the state hasnt changed.

Glad I stuck with Tekken 7 and older titles. I kept watching Tekken 8 and just thought "do...do fans really like this?" No, it's newcomers that mostly like this since it's the easiest to access. Much like SF6 but I'd say they'd did that better and it shows, look at the playercounts beween SF6 and TK8. You might appreciate this video:

Bought it a few months ago. Started playing with a buddy from a discord and have a total 59 hours so far.

I Know Tekken lore has become bullshit but stopped the story during the coliseum when Jin unlocks his Devil powers.

Started with Raven, got to Vanquisher then switched to Bryan and now at Garyu. I don't feel the need to try rank anymore.

Half the cast is either Bullshit OP or under powered with no kit. If I have to face another King nigger or Hwoarang fag I'm gonna kill myself.

Harada you lazy fuck fix your matchmaking, even Mortal Kombat 1 has better matchmaking than this.

I can't really be a good judge of the game since before 8 I only played 1, 3 and a few minutes of 7.

On one hand, I'm glad King is so good that it makes people rage, on the other hand I would rather him not be borderline universally hated. All I hear is that King is bullshit. Doesn't help that from what I've seen Heat is just bullshit and rewards button mashers, the antithesis of Tekken.

It'll probably take just as long as the SNES and Naomi/Dreamcast games did. Either that, or they will release it, but it'll only be gatekept to Patreon members to "test it out in beta"... again, just like the SNES/Naomi/Dreamcast stuff used to be.

you can download a 3MB zip file which fucks around in the Unreal Engine 4, and unlocks the DLC's by default because you already predownloaded them. the only part thats holding them back are the locks which you technically have to pay for.

Nope, its a ThirdParty.rar which you yeet inside the tekken folders in the steam version. And the best part is, you can play even online with all the DLC characters in T7.
