I remember that A LONG TIME AGO someone posted Da Vinci’s Monalisa in Deviantart and said that they were their OC... It was a troll, obviously but I laughed so hard seeing that.

Aside from that I found Mary-sue-Facepalm before I even started making OCs. I would make boring characters to avoid making them sues, and that’s almost worse than making Mary sues because your OC is pretty boring.
 
When I was but a wee fetus I came down with a horrible case of the Narutardation. I made the twin children of Itachi Uchiha, a boy and a girl with opposing personalities, in accordance with all known laws of OC creation. Their mother (DEAD) was from a clan of ninja (DEAD) with music-based kekkei genkai, which they were of course masters of. They also had Mangekyo because their house was the target of a bombing, for....some reason.

I was so upset that Itachi died that I wrote an entire fanfiction in which they beat the shit out of the Grim Reaper to get him back, despite never having met this man, and despite it also not having yet been revealed that he was even one of the good guys, which dates this to about ~2008.

Worst OC I came across was a friends. She basically doxed herself with it, it looked like her (only cooler, with traits from her anime husbando) and listed everything from her own birth date, home city, height and weight, ethnicity, and eventually the degree she took at university until she changed that to something science related because she loves LARPing as a STEM intellectual (iirc she was average at best, her degree was not STEM at all and she's likely a NEET when not reposting pop science infographics on Facebook or unironically listing The God Delusion as one of her favourite books). She's not autistic, just creatively bankrupt and very egotistical. Of course she shipped herself with the husbando.

I had a guy who would hypnotize people into being his slaves, and his color scheme was OF COURSE red and black. Somehow he was a satanist and could switch into other people's bodies.
 
I had the obligatory red/black themed creepy orphan kid OC... at the tender age of 6. She was just scary-looking and extremely shy, not evil or supernatural in any way. And in my play-pretend/storyline she eventually grew up to be a beautiful lady with four kids.

There is an autistic woman with 300 gender identities. She draws like a 12 year old child, most of her OCs are copied from other people or known franchise. I don't have any of her art's example but her characters have Hartley sisters' heads and she does not know how to shade.
