An aside: LOL at the one that says "Koa gemu meka" in katakana. Doesn't take any Japanese knowledge to know that should be "凄いゲイムメ-カ-" (Sugoi geimu meka).
That's actually one of the very few accurate Japanese translations I've seen on the site. コアゲーマー is a grammatically correct equivalent of "hardcore gamer".
There's a few common dynamics I tend to notice in weeb drama of this flavor:
- Weeaboos are always, without exception, the most concerned about other weeaboos ruining the purity of a hobby, or otherwise embarrassing them in front of their glorious Nipponese overlords. They'll often become unreasonably convinced that "the Japanese" hate them for everything they're self-conscious about.
- Actual Japanese people confronted with a foreigner behaving awkwardly will, 99% of the time, politely ignore them and go do something else. (I tried to dig up Japanese reactions for this thread and found absolutely nothing, believe it or not.)
- A few Koreans, Taiwanese, or other miscellaneous bilingual Asians might join the slapfight, usually considering themselves to be more legitimate than western weeaboos. Western weeaboos will take this as proof that Japan hates them, because all Asians are the same, clearly.
