What exactly did Terry do? I was able to see his previous arrests for "open/gross lewdness" back in September and a "battery/domestic violence" from August. But what happened this time?

I think they're saying he was wanted for battery but wasn't picked up for it until now, since he's homeless and lives in a van and just drives around.

From what I understand, fighting with his parents and getting caught shitting and/or pissing in public.
In some states public urination will get you landed on the sex offender list, as silly as it may sound.

I guess most “whites” in prison are Hispanic, so it’s just more practical that way.
“Non-Hispanic Caucasian” is a bit more cumbersome than just going “He’s white, but not a spic.”
