Women don’t go to car meets unless they are looking to power level with their Bf/husband as a social / status event.I go to plenty of car meets and shows and have never seen women gush over a run of the mill Tesla. Maybe some kids might fawn over Tesla and then move onto the next shiny car.
I don’t go to car meets. I just drive the damn thing. Car meets are for boomers and more recently software nerds paying $20k for a 1984 Plymouth laser turbo on bring a trailer.com so they can have synthwave night and pretend it’s 1987 and they are A 4 year old hanging out with their 16 year old sister again
Keep telling yourself that nigga
The smallest, cheapest, slowest Tesla will always be a gay choice.
Yeah. Women are retarded when it comes to cars. They just see the T and think it’s a model S plaid or something. I don’t know what to tell you. It’s flattering and all that but it’s not why I got it. The car does look badass with the windows tinted and large wheels.
I can see how it initially appeals to them that it signals that I have no use for practicality. That in itself is a luxury that women desire and pick up on right away.
I am considering a model S (or the cyber truck if it ever comes out) to compliment or replace the model 3 in 3-4 years. But at purchase, there was really no need for a larger car and a larger risk (I bought understanding the risk that many of the misgivings shared here could be real or significant, and I’d want to get out of the car and back into an ICE car, so the model 3 Lr was the way to go). Call it a cope if you want but I didn’t buy it because it was all I could afford. I also spent $4000+ on upgrading my electric service to 200A, and already set the car up with $2000 acceleration boost, $500 tints, a bunch of Tesla accessories and just a few days ago a $2800 set of snow tires and wheels. All cash except for the balance of the car after significant down payment. Implying I’m reaching to get recognition of a valued brand , you’d be very wrong. And you’d understand if you ran the numbers and saw how much I’m saving compared to if I had simply bought a new loaded Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. No markups at dealer either
If the EV didn’t work out, I’d have already sold it to one of the carvana type places and got into a certified pre owned Lexus GS-F or LS500.
Also, with the acceleration boost it’s faster than a model Y performance and the regular model X. Slow isn’t in the vocabulary here.
It will be fun in the future when wrongthinkers will be locked outside their house and cars without even the need to call a locksmith.
There is still a way in. But my boomer parents think the same thing. I told them I have a secret qanon asssigned code to subvert any wrongthink punishment and they seemed satisfied with that response.
If you do all of that then why are you on here simping for EVs? Real women also gush over pickups, not EVs. Unless they aren't true and honest women
Yeah I’ve got no use for women that gush over pickup trucks.
