Because I am currently playing Cyberpunk 2077 and beating the shit out of cyberpsychos with a vibrator right now.
Cyberpsychosis is a mental illness, specifically a dissociative disorder, caused by an overload of cybernetic augmentations to the body. It may also be related to other conditions, such as being a cyberpunk, which may cause one to experience this. The patient of this disorder believes that the computer-augmentation has taken over their body, causing these delusions of the body parts.

Physiology
Cyberpsychosis is a disorder where the patient has an overwhelming amount of cybernetic augmentation to the body. This results in a delusion that the cybernetic augmentations have taken over the body's organs. The delusion typically affects the mental body, causing the patient to believe they are losing the control of their body and its parts.
The affected body parts are the head, hands, feet, and the genitalia. The affected body parts can either be present or absent from the patient. The severity of this disorder can vary, from complete possession of a body part to only a small region of a body part. Usually, the patient is in control of a part of the body, with a small portion of the body acting independently. However, the small regions of the body part can be perceived as a full body part by the patient. For example, someone with a severed hand may perceive the entire hand as a whole and independent of the stump.
This disorder is not limited to one body part and could affect the entire body. In one reported case, a patient's hands were removed and replaced with a robot; the patient believed the hands were robot hands.
