I must point out that he's using two of the worst and most inaccurate weapons in Payday 2 at a low level with no mods. Even modded those weapons have ludicrous spread so it's no wonder he hardly hits anything. Of course he wastes a lot of ammo spraying so make of that what you will.
I know next to nothing about TF2 so no comments there.
