I doubt they would delete his YouTube account. Like some of you said. It's been years since he last posted a video. If the FBI thought he was a danger to human kids online. They would have deleted his channel many years ago. Plus, if they try to delete his channel? People had already reuploaded some of his crazy shit online. So he's gonna have lots of people make fun of him when he gets outta prison soon.

He's a lolcow, who has an intense... "passion" for anime, and there have been many new series out since he went in. This is the man who was stupid enough to brag about his hard drives, do you think he'd going to stay away from the internet?

If the terms are not unbearable? Yes, unless he liked prison. Him bragging about his hard drives and then after he got a bail are likely because he thought he could get away with it.

If he gets banned from the internet for 1 year or so, I can see him going through it, because not doing so would mean guaranteed return to prison and less time with internet than right now. If however the probation is something completely insane like a lifetime ban on the internet or something like that, then yes, he will definitively violate the terms and/or shoot himself in the head.

Which is why I am asking what is the maximum time he can be put on probation.

If he's serving his full sentence, there can't be any terms of release after he's out of custody. But he may have to register as a sex offender, which may allow for some restrictions.

He's required to register until 7/18/2038.

Looks like he isn't paying his fees, so he's now listed as non-compliant.

Also, his current address (as far as the Michigan Sex Offender Registry knows) is listed in that link/screenshot.

Unfortunately they can get grandfathered in places if their family lives there, I know of one that lives next to a park because of it.

No he isn't. He's still locked up until October 9 unless he somehow fucks that up, too.
 
I'm gonna assume when he gets out he's going to be banned from internet use for a while but maybe they'll give up on that since he was such a fuck up last time. But his crime was internet CP so I doubt they would let him on the net anytime soon.

Oh, fuck! Your right. They may force him to watch TV about politics like cspan. That will change his ways for sure. I can't watch one screening of CSPAN without bleeding through my ears. Better than YouTube Kids.
