Just because there are terms of his release doesn't mean he will abide by them to the T. He's probably going to see how far he can push the envelope. There's other ways he can be completely autistic on the internet too. He could also move to a state with weaker sex offender laws.

His problem is he's federal.

Also you can't push the envelope. At all. Even people who try to comply with the sex offender restrictions fuck it up all the time.

Still, he should probably move to Florida, get on tard bucks, and move to some sex offender ghetto like John Bulla. That guy seems to get away with maximum crazy.

In the US, the national sex offender registry is more of an effort to co-ordinate finding information about a sex offender, and it's limited to what the state will host or provide. The actual admin of each registry is still left up to the states iirc

He's not a state convict who has to follow federal law.

He was convicted of a federal crime. He served time in federal prison. His current supervision is federal. It looks like the SOR stuff is at the Michigan level, but he's currently still under some kind of federal supervision.

I think he's out of federal custody though upon the expiration of his sentence. SOR may be a requirement of a sentence, but it isn't the sentence itself, and is usually at a state level. The restrictions are terms of SOR set by the state of MI, not the feds.

As recently as a day or so ago, BOP still listed a halfway house facility, but currently, it says: Released On: 10/09/2018

Yeah, he was released from the facility on Oct 9. Sometimes servers take time to update, especially since he was just out.
 
I thought it was posted by someone in this thread since everyone knows what a sex offender is.
