I read somewhere that an absolute sign of a society at the brink of collapse is that they stop educating their children. Or at least stop teaching anything beyond the bare basics to get by.

I really hope everyone has alternative plans for how to live if the internet goes away. If not, think about it. At least keep a dictionary to look up words you can't remember the meaning of, and a phone book for calling businesses if you need a service.

Minor PL but I worked as a teacher recently and there's a clear divide between kids who do good and the barely functioning retards, that big of a divide just didn't exist back when I went to school, there was a sea of mediocre students who were between the puddles of greatness and retardation, now there's a sea of greatness, a bigger sea of retardation and a puddle of mediocrity. The difference between the two is parental involvement. I learned very quickly that none of the parents of the barely functioning retards gave a shit about what they're doing, or in some cases even how they're doing in school. They just did the bare minimum of showing up to PTA meetings so that social services don't get called on them. Kids see that their parents just do the barest minimum to get by and they emulate it. The lockdowns just made everything worse, especially on the youngest children, I heard that there's a boy in 2nd grade who would piss and shit himself in class because he just didn't know to ask if he can go use the restroom. There's more and more kids who have to go to special ed classes in the youngest generations now too. Seeing everyone muzzled up doesn't just fuck up their emotional development, but their cognitive development as well. I fucking dread to think how the kids who were toddlers are gonna be like when they're kids.

In short, I think in the future we're gonna either see the competent having to nanny the large amount of complete incompetents (especially if my country ever gets hit with the nigger infinimmigration) or they're just gonna gas or enslave them all when they get tired of them.
