The "solution" is to completely outlaw abortions after the fetus has a heartbeat.

If they do it anyway, prosecute both the abortionist and the woman for Murder One, and anyone who pressured her into it (boyfriend/parents) or assisted in making it happen (nurse/etc.) for "aiding and abetting a murder".

I am all for supporting single mothers but we need to incentivize marriage, and target fathers more harshly for abandoning their families (because I want to punish men for having sex by forcing them to have families).

He actually did say they worked. At the very beginning he said there was no evidence they worked, but then when new data came in showing they did work, he changed his stance. I know you right-wing evangelicals don't like changing your mind when new data comes in, but that's how science works.
