All of the feminists I've talked to have made the unfair workload women typically deal with a focus of their activism.No pet, I'm a woman. A woman who at age 19 asked what the fuck feminism did for me when saw all the women around me were all exhausted from trying to raise children, be wives, and work a 9-5 job.
The issue isn't women having jobs, it's women having jobs AND doing most of the housework and childcare men are just as capable of doing as well.

Women had jobs until marriage in middle class cases and working class women had part time jobs. They weren't chained to an office and forced to prance around talking about their successful wonderful career.
Before 1974, banks could refuse to give women accounts or credit cards if they didn't have the approval of a husband or male relative?
