Seriously, if there was a way unwanted embryos/fetuses could be transplanted into the bodies of prolifers, including men, and gestated by them, would you do it? Let's say you don't get to pick when this happens either, it basically works like the draft where you get an embryo shoved into you whenever the powers that be decide.

I am not. The woman decides to gestate the baby or not; taking away her agency to make the decision (whether through forced birth or forced abortion) is equally wrong.

Morning after pill is not abortion. The pill only stops the sperm from fertilizing the egg. Fertilization can take days after intercourse. In this case, I would not prosecute it as murder because the zygote was not formed. It would be a contentious case because there would be no way to prove, sans the pill, that fertilization would even occur and reach the uterus.

I support prosecuting the killing of a pregnant woman as double murder, because the woman was expecting to carry that baby to term. Had she aborted the pregnancy, that would not be murder. The classification of murder depends on the mother's choice. I do not see any inconsistency with this.

Hasn't prosecution of the murder of a pregnant woman as double homicide only been done occasionally and was mainly cases where the pregnancy was well past the 24 week viability point and abortion wouldn't be legal anyway? Like Laci Petterson was what, 8 1/2 months pregnant? Not very many places allow abortion that late in the game and the few that do cater almost exclusively to abortions done on wanted pregnancies that went horribly wrong.

Not sure why you want to gerrymander it to be more unpredictable than in vitro. I guess you find it hard to believe considering your outlook and are afraid to hear the affirmative but yeah I would.

I mean yeah, when rape happens it often is random and not something you have any control over.

As for consensual sex, you assume women who get abortions didnt take measures to prevent pregnancy like use birth control, condoms, etc when a good chunk of the time they did.

Nah, I just think it's way more cruel to force a kid to exist when it's parents arent capable of caring for it properly than it is to yeet an unaware embryo.

I hate seeing kids being forced into a life where they're just going to be hurt and mistreated. No excuse for not getting an abortion if you know you can't take proper care of a kid.
