jw, if you guys hate aediot and he's using trademark rights to troll you, why not

1) Host in/with Taiwan/.TW Ukraine/.UA? Neither has intellectual property. That big site with leaked university textbooks and articles is in Taiwan.
2) Petition the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) against the trademark?

Basically, you don't have to go to court over trademarks. You don't even need to claim to own the trademark yourself. As a member of the general public, you can oppose a trademark for various reasons.

Point two is in the works, we have to wait until it is assigned a lawyer in order to object, which will be in like 2-3 months.

But I already have the objection typed up. Even if Conrad does not have a prior TM, AEdiot's not getting it.

Point one, we have several ideas. The great thing about ED is we have many talented guys helping us out.
