"Crimal extortion" might be technically true (maybe), but we all know, in America money is what matters. If aediot had actually planned to extort any amount of wealth from her then *maybe* it would have a better footing.

Depends on how clearly and succinctly the complaint leads said boomer to the relevant sections of law and how to apply them. More than a solid hour of reading and all parties get the old "get the fuck out of my courtroom"

Just in the past few years, 46 states and D.C. have passed revenge porn laws, and this is the era of believe whammens. The judge really can't just say to the prosecutor well, yeah, he obviously broke this criminal law but I'm throwing it out just because. The issue is more whether a prosecutor will care enough to bring it, which he won't if the victim is so much of a flake her testimony will be useless.

And whether the prosecutor bothers. Revenge porn is a sexy new law and a prosecutor who wins a case under it gets to virtue signal to the voters about how he protected whammens. But this particular whammen is a complete trashfire.

I agree with you wholeheartedly.

Ade doesn't have children, has an income, and job. She's the perfect model career woman in a judge's eyes in a democratic ran state like Michigan. Especially since he released her dox I think it would be pretty fuckin' easy for a prosecutor to walk in the courtroom and have a slam dunk on his trophy wall.

And as AnOminous said, a prosecutor would be batshit insane to follow through or associate with these people. (Would you, as a political figure like a prosecutor, wanna be associated with fucking ED? Few things would be as shit for optics). The whore barely has money for laywers and barely has a case as it is.

Also, "criminal extortion" would put aediot in the same league as the mafia or kidnappers. It's a serious charge. A folder of porn of a literal pic whore and a "Bipolar" vid exposure isn't nearly enough to cut it. Honestly, as a taxpayer, I'd be insulted if this even makes it.
