No, but revenge porn is, there's a specific law about it, and it applies to someone who took such a picture with consent if under circumstances, like a relationship, that led the person in the image to believe it was private. Do you think the prosecutor who tried going after Ralph was some idiot who didn't know what he was doing?

I'd give it about a 10% chance of a prosecutor willing to chance it. I thought it was even less likely they'd try going after Ralph, but they did. I'm pretty sure Faith is the one who flaked.

Although not required, a prosecutor usually will not waste his time unless there is an actual complaint and a willing victim to go forward.

Yes, he is really that dumb. In a recent convo him and @putrid kept referencing the trademark, thinking they had it already because 30 days elapsed since the filing.

But Aediot is ignorant, because the 30 day objection period does not start until it is actually assigned to a patent lawyer (which will not be for a while).

Even if he gets it, so what. He actually thinks he will be able to take control of our social media accounts. Because he is a delusional skiddie.
