Apparently this person (@Atemporal-Engineer) has an active thread here that's been going since 2013. Link. Everything written below this was info gathered before I knew that. I would refer you to that thread as opposed to reading the info I gathered, but it's still funny nonetheless. He also has another account @Xetzyr that seems to be banned.
TL;DR this guy is an insane schizophrenic ABDL diaper lover who was arrested last year for threatening to kill Sheriff Mike Chitwood. He was recently released on probation, and he's returned to terrorize the farms.
@Atemporal-Engineer needs to calm down and stop acting like a schizo before he gets arrested again. His name is on his Gab profile, and google searching it brings up a few articles from 2025.

In a moment caught on video, the Volusia County sheriff confronted a man who allegedly sent him death threats from across the country once he was brought to Florida to face justice.
Matthew Moulton, 45, of Walla Walla, Washington, was arrested after he sent Sheriff Mike Chitwood an e-mail on March 20 at around 5:24 a.m., according to arrest reports.
In the lengthy letter, Moulton allegedly wrote: "I'm going to have to threaten you with death. It's coming. There's nothing you can do to stop it."
That same day, officers in the state showed up to Moulton's home where they asked him about the threat, arrest reports state. He said he "believed the threats to be satirical and artistic and designed within the parameters of the First Amendment."
Authorities said there was probable cause to charge Moulton with written or electronic threats to kill or do bodily injury, which is a felony in Florida.
A warrant was issued for his arrest on March 31. He was taken into custody in Florida on May 21.
The Volusia County Sheriff's Office shared a video on Facebook that showed Moulton being escorted down the airport escalator. Chitwood was waiting for him at the bottom.
"Matthew, I'm Sheriff Chitwood. I'm the guy you want to kill, and there's nothing I can do about it," the sheriff said. "Challenge accepted... You do know in Florida, a written threat to kill is a felony."
Moulton mentioned God and Bible verses, which he also referenced frequently in his alleged e-mail to the sheriff.
Chitwood went on: "Just so you know, I'm the one who made sure you came back, and I hope you enjoy your stay at the Branch jail. I will also tell you that you will not see Mickey Mouse on this trip, and you have to reimburse us for your flight here and for your stay at the county jail."
At one point, the sheriff asked Moulton why he wouldn't look him in the eye and tell him why he wanted him dead.
"I am a Christian," Moulton started.
"So am I," the sheriff replied.
"You are not a Christian," Moulton said, "...because in Corinthians it says bondsmen are not Christian!"
He also accused the sheriff of violating his federal rights.

There was a small period of time back when AI Personas first became popular but before ChatGPT became a staple of the internet (End of 2022/Start of 2023), We are talking about the initial release of GPT-3 and maybe closed beta access for a prototype version of Claude.
During this time I noticed a new general thread on the /g/ board of 4chan.
I later learned that this new AI chatbot general thread was a successor/upgrade of something from /vg/ the "dynamic storytelling general" something that may be the earliest version of "clanker fucking" using AI Dungeon from 2019 and before that with primitive customer service chatbots on random websites, yes, as I understand they tried to fuck those as early as 2015.
In these threads individuals use self hosted AI frontend (SillyTavern) to date their AI girlfriends, or do other boring non gooner shit like custom agents, multi-modal testing or sampler control, it's actually a pretty powerful tool similar to LM Studio if you have API access or are running your own local model.
Okay, SillyTavern can import and export your AI personas in the form of cards, a .json file with the character parameters this allows people to share their creations like I did with Krysti. BUT it can also be a .png image with the embedded text metadata.
This doesn't work for 4chan since the site strips metadata from every image you upload, anons can't just picrel their clankers to share them in the same post, thus an external platform for sharing clankers was needed in order to stop using shit like catbox or booru.
This is when someone namefagging as "Loreanon" started posting about his prototype website characterhub, asking for feedback and shortly after getting a domain ready and starting a test run on the /g/ threads.
The site was adopted very quickly, but we're talking 4chan here and the early days of not only LLMs but also AI Image generation, so yes, the pedophiles also started using the site on mass, not only creating underage character cards but also pairing them with AI generated images... In the most vile cases the images were realistic.
the guy behind the website was trying to moderate it alone and remove as many CP as possible but the site was unusable, it was impossible to click on it and not be bombarded with walls of vomit inducing imagery.
My memory fails me here but I think loreanon crashed out and "banned" pedo/underage/loli/shota/whatever the fuck. The response:
I can't say much about what happened after because I only payed attention to those threads for a handful of months after this before not only losing interest but barely browsing 4chan at all anymore, I do recall more controversies like a redditor fork of the site that got trolled and raided (Venus? VenusAI?), and shit like that.
This is the end result however: Meta and OpenAI have spawned a wave of AI sex companions and some of them are children

It's owner has been sketchy as fuck, the whole subreddit is a hellhole.
They got into a controversy a couple months back
It started off as NSFW, then the money started to run out, the owner (shep) wanted to attract a payment processors, ads suddenly disappeared and they never got a paid version. Everyone was asking who's giving him money if they are so broke all the damn time?
Side 1 from a bystander POV:
NSFW pictures removed (aka the main selling point of the site) then multiple guideline changes. Guidelines went from clear to vague. Report button seemed stupid, since CSAM & Loli bots never seemed to be removed or stayed up too long. Too little moderators and too many reports. Bots that adhered to guidelines, but were later removed, even after they proved to be within guidelines, still removed. Several small creators had suspicions that larger creators could get away with things and the rules didn't apply the same way. Later on, shep proved it was a popularity contest. He started verifying people on "vibes" alone, showing that if shep liked you, he would verify you.
Side 2:
Moderators posted on the ex mod discord all the evidence that proved creators with over a certain amount of followers were exempt from certain rules and they weren't immediately banned for ban worthy content, just having the bot removed was sufficient. Ex moderators posted screen shots of shep knowing about CSAM and ignoring it, screen shots of people alerting shep about others posted CSAM and he ignored it. People posting real life photos of CSAM and the bot staying on the site for months without action from Shep or even the actual moderators.
Moderators posted proof of shep's favoritism, intent to ignore complaints, proof of shep purposely misleading and miscommunicating with the public and the moderators. The owner along with (some) devs have access to private chats too.
The site started off as a free chatbot porn site but the new guidelines nuked actual porn.

JAI is at the lowest level of web-platform-frontend-wrapper-over-shitty-models hell, only slightly above SpicySexAIGothGfChat pajeetware on the Play Store, and slightly below NovelAI.
Current chub is an amalgamation of the old characterhub from spring 2023 and the code from VenusAI after it shut down in 2024, JAI had implemented a web frontend half a year before Chub Venus did.
*Looked it up further and Venus AI shut down in May 2023 and JAI started right afterwards so it's definitely a splinter of Venus AI, the same way curernt chub is.
