The alt-right would probably be a bit more believable as a political force if it didn't just seem like a very roundabout way of being a PUA or something for most of these people. You talk to some of them and it ultimately always comes down to women and some sort of hang-up about how they're all terrible. Everything is connected to it from what I've seen.

Edit: also if he's planning on taking actual black market self administered steroids they may sterilize him or leave him with lasting health problems, just like what happens to certain people who shoot up other black market hormones like estrogen...in his case the sterility may be a good thing tbh
