I'm a bit late, but I really liked this video. It’s pretty much exactly how I see this whole drama, and I also don’t understand why these people try so hard to appease those rabid trannies who will gladly end you over the slightest mistake. There is no fucking way they are profitable enough for this to be worth it. Anyway, since he said he’s reading this thread, I'll just say it: good job my nega, you deserve more subs.

I cannot confirm that the leaked description is 100% real, but that tweet is definitely real (I checked it), and it implies they did leak it accidentally.

The description implies there is no escape, and they will either choose to live in a simulation they just broke by deleting Caine or commit mass suicide. If this is true, then the finale will most likely suck, in my opinion. Since we also know that many people working on it got emotional over the finale, mass suicide is the most likely outcome. :story:


I made this post when episode 7 came out. Well, I'm already laughing, and the finale didn't even come out. A fucking 41% ending by a tranny; the joke writes itself. :story:

I mean that's not terribly surprising, it was already well circulated that the creator wanted to end a story where everyone just accepts a broken world and then just carries on.

It fits in with the whole Soma theory. Maybe they will decide to die, but one has to stay behind to hold the door to mimic the source material. I mean it might be dissatisfying for people wanting a happy ending or an upbeat closure at least where they took the positive lessons they learned and applied it when returning to the real world, but it seems like a valid enough way to end a retelling of "I Have No Mouth, but I Must Scream."

Nothing that truly comes out of left field, and will probably make the children in the theaters sad.

Still kind of think Toy Story 3 should have ended with them all going into the incinerator together.

I'm not bothered if this was the outcome obvious as it may be, it's just dumb as hell Goose thought xe was slick saying "whatever you think is the ending, it isn't". Bro really thinks he's a 5D chess player then pulls this shit as if he's David Lynch with "curveballs" (then again if my community was as braindead as TADC, this may as well be a shakespearian playwrite).

Whatever the case may be, Michael Kovak is fucked, and I could not be more happy
 
I honestly doubt the ending is going to be "Bad". It's not gonna good, never mind good enough to live up to the hype, but I doubt it's going to be astronomically horrible. In the end, all it needs to do is be "Passable", and from there, the sense of obsession and attachment the fans have will be enough to make them believe it's peak cinema that beats out anything Disney can throw out

The indie animation snobs will write essays for months on how deep the whole thing was, if the leaks are to be believed. But the casuals, the shippers especially, are going to lose their minds if the whole ordeal was futile and the characters they adore all chose suicide over persisting in a broken purgatory. It's like if Toy Story 3 had ended with all the toys actually getting incinerated.
