I'm kind of agreeing with another poster who believes there's getting ready to be some action out of the muppet.
You know he's a huge drama queen. That's been proven with starting that whole mess about the dirty underwear. All his passive aggressiveness towards Al in his vids.
I wish he'd just hurry up and spill it already. You know he's dying to. Rickie is the only thing keeping him from doing it.

Bless your exceptionalism then, gorl! AL does set a very low bar indeed, but like you said Eric never showed any potential for improvement until now, so even if it's not much I'm genuinely impressed. It sure is a nice change from AL's unshakeable pattern of pathological stagnation. I'll check Willo's reactions, they're bound to be more tolerable than the originals so thanks for the tip <3

I guess I was thinking Rickie probably wouldn't want drama but you're right- it's probably because of the Thumb.
 
I haven't checked in our mop-haired muppet in awhile, so I decided to watch Eric's latest offering, which was filled with amazing content and fascinating insights:

  • A good 30 seconds, I shit you not, of Eric wondering aloud whether he should greet us with "good morning" or "good afternoon"
  • We are informed that Ricky is not a fan of light mayo
  • Ricky "came up with the idea" of making subs - JUST LIKE SUBWAY!
  • He is both "pumped" AND "stoked" for a new game they're gonna pick up at gamestop.
  • Talks for what seems like 20 minutes on potentially getting an oil change
  • In an exciting turn of events, he gets the mail.
  • Picked up his video game which came with a free gift that was "cute and adorable". Meanwhile, I find Eric to be annoying and irritating.
I think I've succesfully cured my urge to watch another Eric video until he decides to spill the beans on The Beans, or somehow manages a covert layyg shot of our gorl, because this was hot garbage.

Say what you will about Eric (and there is a lot to say) but at least he is doing something to improve his situation
Getting a driver's liscence, losing weight, taking care of his mental issues and so on. He even tries really hard now to speak better so people can understand what he is saying
He seems to be taking constructive critisism from his audience and improving himself. Maybe by some slim chance one day he will get a job too who knows. Stranger things have happened

Just to be clear I do not think he will draw any viewrship to his channel after ALR leaves/dies (unless he spills tea which will also expire at some point), because he has the personality of a doormat. So he might be trying to do better and find a way to stay "relevant" and "successful" on yt on his own. I do know that he can always rely on Rickie's charm and sweetness to bring in the views

Definitely. Like I said in a previous comment here I do think what he's doing is impressive, especially considering the inertia that has been pervading that household up until now. His hair is still ridiculous though and I'll laugh at it.

I remember when he started his channel he was talking about all the plans he had for it. He showed more initiative and motivation in this regard than AL for a while but he seems to have settled on vlogs now, which I don't think he has enough personality for. I don't think he can ever make it big on youtube but time will tell what he can actually achieve

I don’t think that he is narcissistic enough to make it big. Almost all big YouTubers are big ol narcissists.
