Would SSA approve Eric for SSI for his anxiety?

He could if he was diagnosed with a severe anxiety disorder like PTSD or a panic disorder, but he would have to produce proof of testing, evaluations, etc. to support the diagnosis.

I believe Becky is already getting Social Security and Medicaid. ALR said in the past that Becky has her own money, and all those appointments are paid by the state, not Amber.

There have been periods of tension in the ol Fag Shanty, but I'd be seriously surprised if they ever nutted up and booted Amber because I'm guessing she pays the majority of household expenses.

She most definitely has Medicaid. I really don't think she gets ssi. That's a long process and you have to be out of work for 5 months.
SSI usually takes a couple of years to be approved.
From what I understand it's very easy to get Medicaid in Kentucky.

Eric is a mumbling, bumbling idiot. Hardly anyone in the comments could follow his story from the vlog yesterday. Basically he wanted Rickie’s car on Friday to visit his sister.. so he asked a friend to give Rickie a ride to work. However, the idiot accidentally typed “Monday” instead so the ride never came and Rickie had to take the car.
To add to that, Rickie’s car battery has failed twice since. I always thought Eric was holding out on getting his driver’s license because of some intense anxiety about driving alone or something. Now that he has his license, he’s borrowed Amberlynn’s car for errands and tried to make Rickie hitch a ride to his JOB.
I’m assuming Becky took Amberlynn’s car to see her own family that same day. God damn.. these 30-year-olds should each have their own car by now. Eric powered through his “anxiety” to get his license so he needs to power through it again to get a job and buy a car.
The comments on his videos now are pretty much mostly negative again! Not surprised.

Even if Eric and Becky manage to get on SSI (and I don't think they are/will), that's $1500 a month between the two of them, give or take a little. That probably isn't going to cover half the shit they get from Big Al, never mind her contributions towards rent/bills and the food she buys for them. It would probably be less of an issue for Eric since Ricky gives him money, but I can't see Becky giving up her golden hog to live on about $770ish a month. (Which is sad as hell tbh. I would much rather live in poverty than live as Big Als slave. Not that Becky has to do either- she's perfectly capable of working. But that's clearly not an option. )

Neither Eric or Becky are on SSI. Amberlynn brings in enough cash and pays enough of the rent/utilities, that Eric and Ricky can frivolously spend with Ricky's salary. Eric either has Ricky's insurance (I don't know if that's an option for married fags) or he's on Medicaid. Becky has Medicaid. Getting on SSI, is a long and involved process. Not anything these sloths would be willing to invest the time in or would be benefitting from this quickly. AL funds everyone in this household, in one way or another, that's why E &R won't kick her out and Becky won't breakup with her. This has been said like 8 million times.

It's true that getting SSI or SSDI for just "anxiety" would be really difficult but Eric claimed to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder earlier this year. He could (in theory) also get it for PTSD (he does claim to have been raped or whatever)...
Also, either of them could've been on SSI since they were minors, which is often how it goes. You can get an SSI check if your child has an ADHD diagnosis for fuck's sake much less autism and actual serious problems. It wouldn't be difficult for them to continue getting it into adulthood, either. I'm not saying that I think that's what happened, just that it's not difficult especially in poor places where people know how to take advantage of the system. Generational welfare is a thing.
In any case, since Eric is married the SSA would count some of Rickie's income as Eric's, which would reduce what he gets in SSI (and possibly make it so he doesn't get anything, depending on other factors). As for Becky, she's not married to Amberlynn so as far as SSA is concerned Amberlynn means fuckall and her name is on NONE of those bills. Becky's name is. Anyone applying for assistance is not going to admit that someone else is paying their living expenses if they don't have to. It's a lot harder to explain it away when you're married, or living with family. But Amberlynn is just a "roommate."

Does the state do any investigation of fraud? Amber vlogs all her interactions with Becky and it is for all to see on the net. I am not sure what are the penalties are but Amber and Becky do not seems to worry.

No, the office of the inspector general investigates SS fraud. The government doesn't need vlogs to prove anything they have better ways to figure out what's going on as I'm sure you can imagine.

I just watched Eric's Vlogmas day 23 and was actually entertained by it. Rickie was stealiing the show as usual, Eric was poncing around in the kitchen, there were cheese puns and no sign of any 600 lb toddlers...It was... fun? I am so confused right now.
