In more death related news, Destiny's mom Mendy has passed away. Yesterday, Destiny posted a vague "I miss you" snapchat and there are lots of "RIP Mendy" tributes on Facebook. Sounds like her cancer came back with a vengeance. There will probably be an official obituary in a few days. Of all of the people in Amber's life, Mendy actually tried to help and set her up with several weight loss programs as soon as Amber was living under her roof.

Agreed. Destiny is going through a real loss that exists outside of Amberland. This isn't lulzy at all, it's just a very sad situation for Mendy's family and friends.

Not sure how good a relationship Amber had with Mendy, nor do I have any idea when they'll hold the funeral but would Amber be motivated enough to get on her feet & regain enough strength to either attend the funeral or make a short visit to the funeral home?

I think sending flowers would be more appropriate. However, having Amber in pain, making it to the funeral in a wheelchair, would probably make a spectacle of herself. All the attention would be on her, but I am sure that Amber would not want that.
