Written in response to a Statement written by @The American Hedgehog earlier today...
This is a post that, once this situation came on my radar, I hoped I never would have to make. If you'd told me I'd be having to make it before any of this horrible stuff came out, I would've found it utterly inconceivable. This situation relates to the involvement of two very prominent members of our community and that of the CWCki, namely @The American Hedgehog and @Marvin, in "Bellagate." Note that I do not refer to the incest situation here per se, but rather in the ensuing coverup and general cavalcade of fuckery regarding the leaks and attendant controversies such as the attempted frame-up of Fiona and ubiquitous involvement of Sean Robert Walker/our own @Psychic Espeon. As background, I have been in conversation via Kiwi Farms PMs with @The American Hedgehog (Hurtful Truth Level on the CWCki, same on CWCki.club) beginning on 3 September regarding this situation, but he has not replied since 11 September. I will get into this further.
But our story really begins on the CWCki, with the activities there that first aroused my suspicions and those of a few friends who are active both there and on the Kiwi Farms. Back on 14 August, an account named CarbonCoffee99 was created on the CWCki, which would be later banned by our own @PsychoNerd054 after it's activity came to light, on 11 September at 0624 EST. The only edits made by the account were as follows (CWCki time is GMT+1 for some reason, it was created by a Brit, I think.)

To wit, the only activities of this account were centered upon the Watchmen and the activities of Sean Walker ("the WCT" in many places; "Conner", "kat", or "neko" with reference to his appearances in the relevant logs; and many other pseudonyms.) Of note, on 14 August, the account made edits regarding the "Lainchu" persona which declined to name Anaxis, who edits the CWCki and appears in logs with Bella (logs are in PST/GMT-8.) under the same name.
This was accompanied by redacted screenshots of Discord conversations, including the following:

The same CWCki account also removed the following, regarding Sean Walker's now-infamous "final protagonist" comment:
And an hour and a half later (why?) added the quote in a different place:
For the record, "one of the final protagonists" instead of "the final protagonist", which has become something of a meme, is the correct rendering.
On the whole, the Sean-related edit appears somewhat suspicious in isolation, but when looked at in context, it does not appear to be particularly problematic. The omission of Anaxis is extremely curious. [edit to add 10/29] Anaxis is a CWCki editor and Watchmen member (then following Sean into his schism) who notably made a number of edits regarding the Watchmen, while his/her involvement in that group was not public (but presumably known by TAH, for reasons that will become clear.) Why Anaxis is so protected I still don't understand. Even other CWCki editors (klop) got exposed.
On finding this edit, my first suspicion was that it was done by either Sean or Anaxis himself, but the Sean-related edits stood out as strange (Sean's ego is probably too big to admit that he was a poor role-player as Lainchu or to avoid editing something like "the most depraved person" and focus instead on a minor detail; Anaxis and Sean were at one point fellow members of the Watchmen who then fell out (before 14 August) over Sean's actions during the incest scandal, but the edits to the CWCki felt strangely neutral.)
On 8 September, @PsychoNerd054 banned the "CarbonCoffee99" user under the suspicion that it was being used by Sean or one of his group to conduct damage control. Two days later, on 10 September at 11:34PM EST, I uploaded the unredacted Anaxis-related screenshot and two others supporting the same identification to the CWCki and unredacted Anaxis's name in the Watchmen article (https://archive.md/wpx3y). As will be discussed later, @The American Hedgehog was a members of this server and thus without question had not only knowledge of the identity of Anaxis but easy access to receipts of the same (and better ones that he provided.)
Two days later, 13 September, @The American Hedgehog had the following PM exchange with @PsychoNerd054 on the Kiwi Farms, times in EST/GMT-5:
N.B. This is why I have archived all links to the CWCki; please be mindful that CWCki admins and possibly certain other users have the ability to make invisible edits to the Wiki and remove any trace of them having been made. This ability has been discussed at some length among their staff in reference to removal of the identity of Fiona a/k/a "the Everfree Suitress." Given that HTL/TAH has already admitted to acting in bad faith by the use of a sockpuppet account, no possibility should be excluded at this point. I would highly recommend archiving any and all controversial pages from the CWCki.

Today, 18 September 2021 at 10:12pm EST, CWCki jerkop Hurtful Truth Level, known on this forum as @The American Hedgehog posted the following statement on his Userpage (my annotations in gold)
I'm writing this statement to address why I haven't been active much recently. It's a long story. Short version is a mix of drama involving the Watchmen group, being name-dropped out-of-context by a Watchmen member who's come under scrutiny, and feeling bewildered over the incest news.
First some context about the Watchmen drama.

In June 2021, there was a conflict between members The WCT [Sean Walker] and Naught, which resulted in WCT and Chris exiting The Place. WCT set up his own Discord server which resembled the old Watchmen server. This is what it looked like, it's called "The Knights of CWC":

He [WCT] also invited several people from The Place Watchmen server, a mix of current and former - seven accepted the invite, and he planned to invite more as time went on. He didn't extend the invite to Naught and at least two others who had sided with Naught - MKR and Kyle. WCT also said he wanted the server to not be public info, and he also avoided calling his group by the Watchmen name, which has led to some confusion.

So essentially, the Watchmen group survived its breakup, just with a shift in members. [Debatable but like most arguments hinges on the definition of a word; Sean created a splinter group/schism which maintained contact with Chris, while the original group centered on Naught and MKR became irrelevant for that reason. All involved however spoke of Sean's splinter group as a new organization.]
The new Watchmen group tried to assist Chris with Everfree convention planning, namely how to avoid Sockness, who was making claims to attend as well. (Neko = WCT)

Fast forward to July 30th - the incest news broke and Bella was named by Null as a person involved. WCT tried asking Bella what was going on:
He then created a group Discord chat with some of the other Watchmen to ask Bella more questions. I didn't enter the chat, but one of the Watchmen who did confirmed that it is the "Group - Regarding Chris." chat leaked in this post. [This is a very early leak and the origin of the chat discussed this thread; it was largely overlooked at the time.]
So the context of that chat is it's the Watchmen trying to get info and Bella giving disinfo.
I’ve also never paid much attention to people around Chris. It’s not something that interests me. I’m just here to watch the CWC show.
So as far as I could tell, the Watchmen people were keeping him company with chit-chat and movie nights and stuff, and white-knighted/shooed away weens sometimes. I was never interested to look into what the Watchmen did outside of the servers and rarely talked to them.
In late June, there was some drama with the Watchmen. WCT told me Naught had doxed him on Kiwi Farms, and I didn’t know enough about either of them, so my response was along the lines of, “Sorry to hear you were doxed. It looks bad but maybe he has an alibi or explanation.” He had reached out to me because he wanted me to ask KF admins to check whether the alt that he believed to be Naught was really him; I declined and suggested he talk to them himself. Later both Chris and WCT were gone from The Place (Watchmen Discord server). WCT gave me an invite to his new Knights of CWC Discord server group. It served the same function and had the same atmosphere as The Place. Again, as with The Place, I just looked in from time to time and wasn’t interested in the daily conversations.
On July 30th the incest news broke. I thought it couldn’t possibly be real. Thought for a while maybe some troll paid Chris to read a script, or maybe he was fantasizing about alternate dimension Barb. The news kinda messed with my head - on July 29th the talk was about how he’d be going to Everfree and goofing off there, and 24 hours later, he’s a sicko who had sex with his own mother. Normally I try to give Chris the benefit of the doubt in things, like with his transgender identity or his pets, and that he could take advantage of his own mother like that had me questioning whether I was totally wrong about him the whole time.
So I wanted to take a break from reading about Chris. Over the next couple weeks I pretty much just visited KF to help with moderation and help out a bit on the CWCki, and avoided reading too much about the incest stuff.
At one point during the avalanche of incest updates, WCT messaged me and linked to his KF post with the (now proven fake) BDSM text and asked me if I could help him authenticate it by talking to Bella. I refused to talk to her, didn’t want to get involved. I left the Knights server to avoid being contacted.
I was also out of the loop about how exactly WCT had the BDSM text. I was never in the Regarding Chris chat where Bella handed it to him. So when he posted that to KF and then acted really sketchy about it, I didn’t know what to think. Someone asked me why WCT tagged me in his KF post to one of Bella's friends.[2] It wasn't until I got around to reading the leaked Regarding Chris chat[3] that I realized he had wanted me to talk to them to verify it and confirm it to the public because he felt the community would trust me more than him. Which is not an idea I would've agreed to.

After a couple weeks following the incest news, during which I wasn't paying much attention to CWC stuff, I wanted to get a better understanding of the drama around WCT / Watchmen as I was confused by it. So I read through a bunch of chatlogs - logs from The Place and Knights servers and the leaked WCT messages. Took a bit of time to read through the info. Then I was hesitant to post my findings as it was already very late in the game, and wasn't sure if the extra context would just be superfluous, or if stepping forward would be a good idea since tensions are high, etc. Early on I made an alt CWCki account (Carboncoffee99) to test the waters, but abandoned the idea after a few edits. Eventually I reached out to someone for advice, who pointed out that my silence seemed suspicious.
So that brings me to writing up this statement to publicly address the matter. I'll probably still be less active overall as the incest news is still disturbing to me.[/B]

I was a lurker in the The Place and Knights Watchmen servers but not actively. I’d generally peer in when Chris posted in the 1st layer which was easy to tell because he’d @ everyone. Sometimes I’d look at the 2nd hidden layer to see what they were discussing, and most of it seemed boring to me - commentary about CWC Twitter updates, his weens, personal talk, off-topic posting, etc.I’ve also never paid much attention to people around Chris. It’s not something that interests me. I’m just here to watch the CWC show.

Where HTL/TAH notes, "[e]ventually I reached out to someone for advice, who pointed out that my silence seemed suspicious," he is referring to me, we had a PM exchange beginning on 3 September. This is directly following, and in evident response to, my posting leaks of Sean's discord on 2 September. His response began to be more obviously concerned in nature once the situation escalated including the dropping of Sean's dox.

To briefly break down the dramatis personae here, @Marvin and @The American Hedgehog should need no introduction, Para is a discordfag and 888chan /pol/ poster, who currently seems to be in hiding after I tried to reach out as a courtesy to ask if they had anything to add.
@The Fool (discord name "カメ子") is a now-banned Kiwi who is active on a particular splinter/adjacent forum, where he has this to say for himself:
Fool's claims here ring true to me and are actually rather insightful about (or rather reinforce our knowledge of) the background to the Sean/Naught schism and it's consequences for the "control" of Chris by that cabal of insiders, which is what their conflict ultimately was about. To reinforce the point here: Sean, unlike Naught, was open to cordial relation with Bella and Praetor. After the Merge, Bella and Sean would go on to at first cover for each other and then fairly soon thereafter mutually attempt to throw one another under the bus. This included most notoriously Sean's promotion of the thoroughly discredited so-called "BDSM texts."
I found TAH's original message of 4 September to me to be highly suspicious given that it seemed to be in reaction to Sean-related leaks and to be doing damage control for Sean. This was one of my sources for the Sean/Randy Stair leaks on 10 September and notable for the fact that what was leaked allegedly in defense of Sean was actually pretty damning. Whether this represents merely Sean's autism, bus-chucking by TAH, or a "limited hangout" by one or both concealing something worse, I'm not really sure, but it was quite interesting. Due to this and some of the language in the original PM, I strongly suspected that the message was on behalf of or even directly written by Sean, but subsequent messages made it clear this was not the case. However, early on, specifically the following read to me like Sean's writing:
In substance the rest of what TAH wished to relate to me was roughly in line with what TAH messaged me on 4 September, but he additionally sent me some content which was derogatory towards Meghan Ringo/MKR which seemed quite irrelevant to the immediate question at hand but was relevant to the background of the Watchmen schism. They are attached for the sake of completeness but I don't find them very relevant.
Following this, we began a dialogue that lasted about a week. His last message to me was on 11 September, to which I made my most forceful reply yet, which was met with no reply in turn but preceded TAH's contact with PsychoNerd and his issuing his "statement" which I take to be preemptive damage control on his part. While I'm not going to be screenshotting our conversation at length at this point, due to his declining to reply and continue our conversation in good faith and instead taking to the CWCki to run damage control, I feel comfortable discussing our talk, which mostly consisted of talking about leaking. If TAH would agree I have no problem posting all of them.
However, for now, as it in essence presents the same material that I will be presenting for this thread, I'll simply include some excerpts of what I wrote him:
It's just not a good look at all to be associated with the guy who spergs about serial killers and who in turn associates willingly with a guy like Thad, not to mention the "final protagonist", "final interview", "replacing Null" stuff, etc. Now I'm not saying there was malice of any kind to begin with. Sean in hindsight looks like a total psycho and having him around Chris in a supposedly "protective" role like it was totally nuts if not outright malicious but that is, like I said, hindsight. I don't think that most of the people in the logs were in on any of the fuckery Sean was doing. But context is the best cure for these kinds of things.
There was substantially more [than Sean and Bella wanting to "bodyguard" Chris at Everfree] play, I'm confident. A basic outline seems to be Bella's plans for Chris and Fiona with a side of Sean trying to "unseat" Josh.

But perhaps more importantly, where are the logs of Sean (or anyone else) talking about how this new interest of Chris's is disturbing? Or trying to dissuade him from it? Given that we're basically talking about white knight servers (or at least in the terms of the KCWC, people who hold themselves out to be such) the "not pozloading my neghole" argument against is right out as is honestly the "more content" one. It is not all that much better but at even MKR is in the logs expressing concern about optics and things possibly going awry. Sean does say Chris saw his documentaries first and assuming that he is telling the truth, Meghan tells him "try not to mess with the lore," to which Sean responds that he will "go easy," and sometime thereafter we get the audio leak, not very "easy" IMO.
It's a problem. Add Bella and Fiona to the story, with Sean's not exactly clear but larger-than-meets-the-eye level of involvement with them, and it's a big problem. All of this stuff is winding up connected. I just want to find out exactly how with the maximum amount of context and the minimum amount of collateral damage. This is all hopefully going to be over soon and we can put this part of the sordid Last Chris Saga behind us.

[What happened with the logs was that Sean initially discussed Chris's growing interest in Stair on 6 Nov 2020 at 11:17 AM, and released the audio at 11:52 PM, an easy enough mistake to make if you are only looking at out-of-context screenshots.]
So what do we have here? Pressure from a few people and probably a growing sense of losing control of the narrative seem to have prompted @The American Hedgehog to engage in damage control with a statement on his Wiki, however, it does not nearly begin to address all of the concerns that I have.
To set the stage, we have to go back at least to January 2018, with the exposing of the "Idea Guys". This revelation obviously caused a lot of excitement, but one issue in particular lead to a great deal of controversy. In brief,
For those wishing to take a trip down a very unpleasant stretch of memory lane, the above link provides a little insight, as does the CWC forum at the time, cf. megathread; trolling ethics; suggestion of ending the CWC forum, although of course all of those threads are quite a slog to get through. The CWCki.club thread is shorter and brings up the relevant point here:
In short, @The American Hedgehog and @Marvin have been here before: a major and highly disturbing revelation regarding Chris drops, and there they are in the backdrop as observers. This poses some thorny ethical questions, I suppose: if you are an extremely senior member of the community, what is your obligation if you are merely "observing"/"lurking" in a situation where things are going down regarding Chris (and eventually others) that are extremely problematic?
Whether they could have done anything regarding the actual incest as such is doubtful, but they were in the relevant Discord servers to know about various activities of Sean and other principals a meaningful amount of time prior to their becoming general knowlege on the Kiwi Farms, CWCki, and elsewhere.
This foreknowledge includes: Chris having an "older girlfriend" and regular sexual encounters (but not, as far as we can tell, the identity of this "girlfriend") and from on or around 7/3 onwards; Bella and Fiona planning escapades at Everfree (the exact nature of these being unclear). So far a relatively benign explanation can be made, but the situation becomes far more disturbing when you take a step back and look at the individuals involved, particularly Sean.
Back in June of this year, TAH was aware of the Randy Stair situation:
TAH was aware of Sean and Sean's interest in Stair and that Sean's splinter group had "control" over Chris at the time. To this day, however, judging by his messages to me, he doesn't view this is as a problem, but I think the response of Kiwis has been quite unanimous in that it is one of the darker revelations in recent times, eclipsed only by the magnitude of the incest scandal itself.
As the merge approaches, remember that TAH and Marvin are present in the Discord logs throughout. Pink is interviewer, blue is an individual both with a high position with the CWCki and a presence in Naught and Sean's Discords.
The last statement refers to Bella's boasts in the Chess Club leaks of having access at a high level to the CWCki. By "flowed downhill", the interlocutor here means that Sean's boasts were perhaps fanciful, but derived from the involvement of high level figures in his splinter group, and he made them to Bella who in turn made them to her simps in the Chess Club. However, here we arrive at the heart of the problem: by their presence, @The American Hedgehog and @Marvin not only lended legitimacy to Sean and his operations, but they made themselves, at least in my view, responsible on an ethical level during a crisis for what might be said there and their actions or non-actions related to this.
My greatest concerns relate to the "BDSM tapes" and to the attempt to throw Fiona under the bus, both operations conducted by Bella with a significant assist from Sean. TAH claims that he was merely a lurker and did not pay attention to what was going on; I do not find this credible at all. This was the very height of the Merge, and he was in a server where he knew some of the principles to be involved. Thus he (and Marvin) were aware at a minimum of a non-insignificant amount of non-public information from 7/31 onward.
They did not share this information with the community. Therefore we arrive back at the same situation which was presented by the Idea Guys crisis. It seems people did not learn. Harm resulted in the delay in 2018, namely to Chris, by some of the outrages perpetrated by Wise and Boyd, but harm in 2021 came to not only Chris but the community at large and most particularly to Fiona, who was largely an innocent in all of this. The BDSM texts were basically believed by nobody who was familiar with Chris, but were thoroughly debunked rather quickly, but nobody from the server weighed in on their authenticity until Sean himself, faced with incontrovertible evidence, began to backpedal.
Most worryingly however, as regards Fiona, for a relatively short but doubtlessly for her extremely harrowing amount of time, was considered a person of interest in the situation due to Bella's attempts to frame her. The particulars here are beyond the scope of this post but suffice it to say that information which was not public at the time but accessible on the Discord might have mitigated this.
To review, TAH:
- created a sock account on his own Wiki to manipulate the narrative surrounding the Watchmen; other than redacting the name of a rather marginal participant for unclear reasons, there wasn't much activity due to the sock being found out early, but in his own words, he was "testing the waters" -- that he made this account in the first place with this kind of storm coming is alarming;
- has been quasi-affiliated with ween groups for some length of time, ostensibly to monitor the goings-on there, but arguably only lending legitimacy to the likes of Sean, who exhibits troubling behaviors and preoccupations on a regular basis, raging from Randy Stair to the idea of unseating Null as "Chris's number one";
- denies his presence in the leaked PM between Sean, @The Fool, Anaxis, Silverangel666, and Bella; I will take him at his word on that. However, he was present for extensive discussions in the splinter group's server and, before that, was witness to problematic discussions including those surrounding Randy Stair, on the prior Watchmen group.
- declined to provide logs which might reveal what was going on in these servers and his role there;
- created an alt on his own Wiki to edit articles regarding a server where he was present;
- did not name himself or @Marvin as having been present in said server;
- for reasons that continue to remain unclear, censored the involvement of Anaxis;
- did not intervene in the situations regarding the "BDSM texts" and Fiona;
- claims to have had minimal activity on the Kiwi Farms during the crisis, with respect to making posts, this is true, but I can attest to him being logged in quite regularly and keeping up with events. Of note he linked the old and not the new presentation of the Sean/Bella leaks, which indicates a level of familiarity with even relatively obscure parts of the thread.
Much of the same, sad to say, can be said about @Marvin, who has also been present on the Kiwi Farms on a daily basis (can be observed rating posts regularly) but has been even more silent than HLT/TAH.
In part the explanation made by individuals who were "in the know" early on as regards the Idea Guy was that they were simply watching "content" unfold. I'm not sure if this is the explanation here or not, but we as a community deserve an explanation of some kind. What we have here today can be expressed by two clichés: Who knew what when, what were these prominent community members aware of before it became public; and lay down with dogs, wake up with fleas ... why on Earth were these community members associating with the likes of Sean, and not intervening when he began to exhibit extremely troubling behavior towards Chris?
Why Sean wanted TAH and Marvin on the server is obvious, he wanted cachet and the ability to boast of their involvement. Why they would stoop to being involved with Sean is considerably less obvious. If they were there to "monitor the situation", they failed spectacularly and did not intervene when it was clearly necessary. If they were there just to keep up on gossip and the cutting-edge Chris news, then shame on them for not stepping up.
So, with the greatest reluctance, I'm about to hit "post" on a thread regarding two of what you might call the most highly-regarded members of the CWC community. As somebody once said "Never meet your heroes." This brings me no joy but I feel it is necessary to bring to light these activities as they relate to Sean, Bella and to Merge Day.
P.S. Somehow this didn't occur to me at post time, but here goes...
This is HLT "consider[ing]" leaking the "Knights of CWC" logs as late as 11 September. He claims in his "statement" that he left the server sometime right around Merge Day.
