It helps that most of Latin America got actual good stuff like Mazinger and Metal Heroes as their first widespread exposure to anime while North America got sent straight to the battle shonen and magic girl mines. It's crazy how anime fans from Latin America, Italy, France, Spain, and the Middle East are generally regular people with a wide knowledge of the medium while anime fans from English-speaking countries and the rest of Europe are embarrassing degenerates who don't know about any shows except the hentai they goon to.
Also, whoever created Demonbane belongs on this list. I don't know how anyone sits through that anime (except the initial OVA, which was actually cool) -- you think it's going to be a cool anime with some weird conspiracies and inter-dimensional robots that can rewrite reality, but it turns out that the Necronomicon is a little girl and it's peppered with sex jokes. Aquarion Logos is a better version of a similar concept (it's confusing because you need to understand how communication theory and Kanji grammar work), but speaking of Aquarion, EVOL belongs in the hall of shame too since it's a stupid war of the sexes romance show between teenagers who certainly don't act like they've loved each other for 12,000 years and 8000 more. Finally, there's Keroro Gunsou, which is just stupid pedo anime that looks like a regular kids' cartoon with Gundam references -- I have no idea how so many people like Keroro, and since most of the anime I watch isn't that sexualized, Keroro reminded me why many people feel the way they do about anime.
