I used to work in IT and saw this first hand. 99% of Jeets had absolutely no idea what they were doing and were usually only hired because a 1% successful Jeet got to the Management level and could hire Jeets freely.
The higher up they got, the worse the problem is. And when shit hits the fan, the Jeets panic because they don't know what to do.
A lot of it is hidden from the outsiders but sometimes even Blind Freddy can see something being Jeeted, like with modern Windows versions (could extend that to anything Microsoft really, like modern Office versions too).

Then they try to monkeypaw that into a supervisory role.

I've noticed that any establishment that is run by a Jeet will either have other Jeets or young White women working there.
