Cheap lidl IPA. I like the design, the other 2 steambrews are also fine, and the beer is okay. the price is fantastic, 69 cent for 500ml.
only problem is that its to strong, you get pretty shitfaced when you drink stronger beer like normal beer.

Hoppy beer is digusting, and IPAs are for hipsters.

I like hoppy beer in general, but this kind of shit takes it to a ridiculous extreme like those dumb meme hot sauces that are nothing but hot and have no other flavor. Excessively hoppy IPAs are definitely a shitty hipster meme. At least they didn't actually change PBR for skinny jeaned beer hipsters who have never been drunk or smoked anything other than pole.

Malty beers are better.

I don't know if it's purely seasonal but I'm loving the amount of m.ilk stouts coming out now.

Let me know how that is, I've always been curious about cryo beer.

P.S. Nice Hellraiser poster.

It actually is a more mellow IPA than usual. I don't like them when they get so hoppy that the bitterness ruins any enjoyment. I mainly bought a six pack of that because of the gimmicky can design, but that much should be obvious.

I like Heineken but I prefer Hertog Jan. I think that one is a national beer though.

I tried some Sweetwater G13 hemp infused IPA the other day. It tastes like IPA mixed with ditch schwag.
'I like beer, and I like weed, therefore...'
The worst thing about weed is the aftertaste, I don't know why you would willingly add it to something that doesn't already have a bunch of overpowering tastes. or sugar.

It's not that much different than hops. They're in the same family even (cannabaceae). And hipsters love their hops, especially in IPAs.

True, beer has a far less concentrated taste though. Cannabis essence that people use for additives stinks. Like I could see adding it to coffee or brownies or something, but Beer's not got enough kick.

On one hand I really like Trappist beers (Chimay, Westmalle), on the other I can't decide if krieks are my actual favorite. Hated that extreme sourness of oude krieks a couple of years back, but now it's a whole different story.

Drinking Rodenbach Alexander at the moment (it's very good!), but if you're looking for something with a balance between sweet and sour I'd recommend Timmerman's.

Just had some Timmerman's earlier this week, I can attest to it's uniquely great taste.

What's some good Irish beer for Saint Patrick's Day? Gotta have something good with corned beef.
