The Beer Thread

On the Hoegaarden with a slice of orange tonight.
Very smooth and still really enjoyable even when you have the cold.

I'm a huge hipster indie faggot and only drink local beer. In MN, our best brews are Summit, Bent Paddle, Schell's, and Grain Belt. No boomer draft crap for me.

Well this sounds interesting...

I'm legitimately interested in this. Never tried sake though.

I realy like to drink a couple of Bayreuther Hell from time to time. Its a good beer, only teh price is a bit high. 1.20€ a bottle is just terrible!

Was at Modern Times' brew house the other day and their beer is incredible. Some of the best stuff I've had. Their raspberry sour doesn't even taste like beer but it's so good. Also had their mead and their wild ale, tasty stuff all of it and in a really cool old building in SD.

Newcastle Brown and and more recently brown bottle Dos Equis have been my go-tos for 'normal beer' lately, anyone recommend some more stuff along those lines.

Miller high life is the best mass produced beer in the world and you will never change my mind about that.

I couldn't find a dedicated thread to the warm hug of alcohols, so I made one.
My favourite beer is Asahi. I generally prefer Asian beer, though i'm not picky as long as it ain't Coors. Or Fosters.
What's your favourite? Please argue about craft beers and real ales too, it feeds my autism.

I like a bit of Sam Adams, Segrams variety, Mike's, real German import, some regional beers, and as of recently, Modelo.

Fuck Budweiser, Busch, Miller, and most of the popular American Pisswater like that. Yes, I know not all American brews are bad.

Not a huge beer drinker, but recently I've been enjoying Doom Bar. Not bad for industrial scale brewed ale.

I've made it my goal to try every flavor of Dragon's Milk that New Holland puts out.

so they got a whole crate of mixed bavarian beer in the supermarket.
Pilgerstoff edelhell is nice and so is eschweger klosterbräu helles.

I'm currently rolling through a pack of Alaskan Amber Ale. It's inexpensive and it's honestly pretty decent, if unremarkable. Would take over Millercoors crap anyday.
