Trashfire The BetterHelp, CreatorHealth, InfluenceLogic Rabbit Hole - Candid 2.0, brought to you by Joel Robbinson

Okay, the people that have been saying AI might be right... I just got in contact with a guy on twitter , who has been digging into to Cofounder, Danny Bragonier and he showed me something that has my almonds truly activated. For some reason, he did very scientific studies on poker of all things and this study goes into so much detail that it goes right over my head. I need help going through this fucking nightmare. and from what the guy on twitter is telling is that Defranco also shilled poker before he did better help, this is a huge fucking coincidence. I don't know if this is a dead end or not but its a really weird lead and seems worth digging into.

Ding Ding everybody.

Interesting - he tries desperately to play down the 'smoking gun' from the last video, and instead ends up creating another one in this video. Namely, he admits that his company acted as an advertising agency, in partnership with BetterHelp, bringing in other youtubers - this was not disclosed when he first started plugging BetterHelp on his videos; there was no full disclosure. This would constitute a breach of FTC guidelines, right?

Moreover, this was funded through Defranco Elite - I wonder how his patrons feel about him using their money to push this shit?

Ah yes, more damage control.

Also note how he deflects how BH will send you to real help if you're in real need or reference a suicide hotline, (like that is what you need after weeks/months of crappy therapy, to be told oh no bugger off we can't really help you), but this just motivates the argument that BH preys on people who (maybe) need help or someone to talk to but aren't really too risky for liability.

Man, that was frustrating to watch. He still didn't do a great job of clarifying "partnering at a company level" outside of explaining what Rogue Rocket does as an ad agency, which still sounds pretty sketchy and does exclude the possibility of a financial stake in BetterHelp. Lots of whining about the haters and whatnot. Using his Patreon to fund stuff like launching an ad agency is even shittier tbh. People are paying him to shill fraudulent shit and he can't even be bothered to disclose it till the heat's on him.

Is there any evidence that he's an investor at Betterhelp/Teladoc or related companies? I haven't found any yet but I only just started looking. It'll be interesting to see if he has done this with other sponsorships, like Draft Kings or SeatGeek or what have you.

The key thing here is that DeFranco never disclosed, when initially pushing his Betterhelp sponsored videos, that his company had a working partnership with BetterHelp. Rogue Rocket was basically subcontracting for advertising work - this would constitute a material connection under FTC rules, correct? It's also worth noting that none of this would have come out were it not for him suddenly becoming the story, so to speak.

best part of the video is the fact he doesn't even look at the reviews, so many of the 5 star ones are clearly fake, 70% of them are fake on the app store should be a 1 out 5 rated app
https://www.fakespot.com/app/betterhelp-online-counseling-and-therapy

Also love how he unwittingly confirms he used his patreon money for this, didn't disclose shit he was legally meant to and his take didn't even do the basic research to start with

Not that I've seen brought up, yet, but I haven't had time to do the research myself, either. I think the difference is that those two actually do competently what they're supposed to unlike BH there.

Also pretty sure his fucking Patreon wasn't supposed to be funding his ad agency, but sure, keep m.ilking people.

Hmm, why just the data of one person when seemingly the data of every hand played on the site is available. Could be an interesting lead tho, he's trying to get a system (or maybe an algorithm or AI, but then you'd want to use way more data if you want to create some deep learning algorithm) to maximize his buddy's (or his) profit in online poker. I don't know how sensitive poker sites are to bots but maybe I'll peep further into this article tomorrow if I can make sense of it.

If I got a dollar for every review with the word wonderful in it..

Boogie2988 says Betterhelp is good and #NotAScam but he's still leaving their sponsorship and donating all money to charity. "end of the story".

What a "nice guy" right? Donating it all to charity. Just like he always does when he massively fucks up something. Certainly not damage control at all /sneed

His video will be 10 minutes of self victimization with no new information but it might be worth watching to see if Boogie lies about something obvious.
Here it is:

You know guys, I'm not sure if Phil really does love my face or think I'm a beautiful bastard.

How deep does this deception go? (:_(

Well if it's got you down, I happen to know of a website that gives you cheap online therapy so you can talk about how it makes you feel!

Love his comment section. So much love for poor Philly D.
The fact that he has so many underaged blind dicksuckers is depressing to say the least. Memestar fucking things up in that baited video definitely didn't help.

Edit: Am I fucking reading this right? Even with all the info out there people are just literally throwing buzzwords out there and grasping for the fucking straws holy shit. These shitforbrains deserve to get scammed.

Umm guys, I am no businessman but I just listened to Phil's explanation of betterhelp again and I think he might have seriously just fucked up, Did he admit to doing a fucking pyramid scheme? He admitted to taking money from his patreon, his lowest level investors, and putting it into his company rogue rocket for a partnership with betterhelp who is going to bill his lowest investors again and then give Defranco money back on the investment that both of them funneled from the bottom
