This may get you more joy, but it will still be uphill as nobody here was dumb enough to fall for the scam I am assuming. What really needs to happen is for the people directly effected to find an asshole class action lawyer.

Nah, you need to demonstrate damages in a class action suit and it's doubtful enough people to form a class can. It's regulators who need to shut this shit down and/or insurance providers need to stop paying for these dubious therapy sessions.

Was insurance paying for it? I assumed it was just idiots flushing their money. Insurance fraud is no joke if they were actually billing providers.

Been looking at some of the youtubers to see if they removed the betterhelp referral after the PDP video dropped. So far, Gibi did not put the betterhelp referral link in her latest video which is Devilish triggers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7ft3E_VR0o (The BetterHelp referral is still present on her other videos)

Someone said they went to sign up as a counselor for better help and there was no verification process whatsoever. Another girl said that she signed up to use the service and her counselor was a perv who told her she was beautiful and asked for nudes

Yeah this has been known for a while. They have no verification process and they have no way to verify whatsoever anyway. Null made a poster some pages ago.
My counselor was some guy by the name of Doctor Josh. I'm sure he has credentials.

If they took insurance, then they would have to deal with medicare and medicaid, and the government will get pissed if it's money is going into a scam and may look into you. And the government can sue your ass whenever it wants. Even private healthcare vets what it pays for because they don't want to spend any money they don't have to on useless stuff. So that's my 2 cents as to why they don't take insurance.

It all fits together, it all makes sense.

I doubt any of the agencies are placing new spots for BH right now. Phil said RR wasn't going to until he talked to them, and I would guess the other agencies are taking the same approach or waiting to see what falls out of the RR situation.
