better to take the L and make an actual fair use video. (i didn't see the vid so i assume its an audio rip).
Yea, Azehara's video was just him scrolling every Twitter mention of "Kirsche" from his Timeline, and put the karaoke audio track over the top of it. I'd assume it's good enough to count as transformative under fair use, since the idiot doesn't own the actual song he was himself singing.

I'd just let the video stay down over taking any chances with Liam's retarded ass. If he gets someone's info he can't help but smugpost with it. When Triggerpoint's dox came out liam couldn't resist using his real first name in every single mention of him as some kind of powermove.

He's desperate to have some kind of control in arguments or beef, no matter how small or incosiquential. It's why he never argued outside of his gay blocklist hugbox or deleted his posts every time he got embarrassed and couldn't spin it as an ebin win.

If he gets Azehara's info he'll 100% leak it to his gay friends so they can send their audience to fuck with him.

Allegedly Bint, or perhaps a copyright troll impersonating him, has copyright struck Azehara's parody video.

I'm curious to know if this happened to anyone else?

Edit: Actually it did happen to someone else, specifically to Bigot Berry.

This is 100% Liam as that email was found during our search through his VTuber persona.
Checking this name in breaches reveals a Ticket breach under the email "liamologhlen@gmail.com" with a DOB of 11/19/1996 (NBinted's birthday is 11/19).

bint would own the performance of the cover, but not the words or music of the original. scrolling twitter wouldn't be parody but it maaaaaaaaaaaaaay be transformative.

one of the legalkiwis cum vtuberkiwis should be able to say more.

Allow me to explain the consequences of Bint's doxing with a single cat video:

As always with Anonymous Internet Tough Guys.

Bint has copyright struck Azehara's parody video.

Reminds me of the old slapfight between VenomFangX and Thunderf00t back in 08, 09. If grandpa remembers right, Venom bragged about having Thunder's dox from a DMCA counter notification and threatened to reveal everything. Then Thunderf00t replied back with something along the lines of "No, dickhead. That's my lawyer's details. Unlike you, I have friends that will do favors."

The good old days. (Nearly twenty years ago!) :suffering:

Abusing the DMCA? I know nothing ever happens, but hope this nigger gets thrown in jail for it.
E:
Isn't there a lawyer on the farms that hates people who do this shit? He dealt with Pirate software.
I don't remember his name but he has an account on here and probably would do it probono.

Not a lawyer but I am a copyright holder who had to learn a bunch of shit about it. How "tech" treats music has very little resemblance to actual law so that's pretty much irrelevant, but—

Your own recording of a song you don't own is presumed to be a derivative work wholly owned by the copyright holder. Song owners are obliged via "compulsory licensing" to let others record, distribute, and partly own cover versions, but there's a statutory fee, they might sue you and win anyway if you copied aspects of their recording (not the abstracted recipe it embodies)—and YouTube assumes all copyright claims against non-media-giants are true and right and punishes you immediately. So, [UNARCHIVED].

This faggot really can't resist the attention. He'll say "ohh i'm logging off, i'm leaving forever" but will gladly log back into his hugbox to get asspats.

I figured Liam wouldn't be able to resist the urge to come back because he really believes that people will forget him. Also Ana Valens emerging from her sewer might give him a false sense of security lmao. But I guess he might be more careful but he'll fuck up cause he can't help himself.

It'll be interesting nonetheless.
