The Boys - An Amazon Prime adaptation of the Ennis comic series

Leaks are happening for season five.

Leaked image shows Homelander dead at the end of episode six. Seemingly cut into pieces by Ryan's laser powers. It looks like he dies sitting at his desk in the Oval Office (or maybe Vought Tower). Also leaks seem to show that Butcher will indeed kill or attempt to kill every living superhero including Starlight and Kimiko. And that he will be the final villain just like the comics.

If it's true then if it's anyone except Hughie, then this is beyond a fuck up

Same thought, it's just a jewish humiliation speedrun and you must be fucking retarded and mentaly cucked for still wanting to keep up with it.

Must be some chatbots, there is no way people like this still exists.

For reference, the show started off with Season 1 directed by the guy who directed much of Breaking Bad (who's of Greek blood). Everyone can agree S1 of The Boys was at least decent and showed promise. It hit the middle ground between satisfying comic fans and comic 'haters'. Highlight is having a rag tag group of normal humans trying to kill off a team of superheroes one by one, that's kino... Coincidentally, the show went to shit after Season 1 when Kripke (a Jew) took over.

Only picture I can find is a Reddit post with a screenshot somebody deep-fried.

The plot of The Boys is really fucking kino if you think about it and S1 really teased it: A small group is trying to kill influences and politicians who did them wrong. Also anti-cape shit on top of all that. I was so fucking hyped loving the hussle and bussle of the big city, I was gonna crack open a nice hoppy ipa, but then I forgot that it's borderline a fed post plot and not shit... a kike has to ruin it, not only that but making all the main characters cucks and insert anti-white messages in every frame.

Kripke was the one to originally develop the show (along with Seth Rogen and some other jew named Evan Goldberg) and has been showrunner from the start. He also wrote season one's episodes 1 & 2 and was the director of the season finale. Hell, Kripke's been involved since they originally tried making the show for Cinemax.

(SPOILERS ARE IN THIS)
The focus of the show shifting more towards Ryan has ruined its quality because of multiple reasons:
  • His character is uninteresting (bad acting doesn't help)
  • It ironically comes across as a Jesus character (interesting choice for the kikes writing this garbage)
  • He's a nepobaby
Season One was entirely built around the idea of regular humans manipulating and killing those who are far stronger than themselves; introducing a supe that is sympathetic to this (starlight) is acceptable but introducing one that can literally solve all of your problems is gay as shit and leads to the only struggle being that characters emotional immaturity which is unrealistic and frustrating for the audience. Season Two was when the politisperging began but I found it to be a more creative turn on it because of the fact that they actually knew how to portray a Nazi (the writers for Korra should take notes) and because the references to immigrants and displaying the violence around that was actually interesting and not excessively shown. Season Three was different from all of them because the focus was on introducing us to Soldier Boy which left us with minimal room for politisperging short of the occasional references here and there since he's from the 20th century but I felt like it was tolerable. Season Four is where we start to see the laziness and the on the nose references to the GOP, DNC, trannies, and pizzagate. Had the writers stuck to focusing on politics in general (like in Season Two) and not focusing on modern politics and incidents, they could've avoided having this dip in quality. Right now it just comes across as pandering to reddit trannies that think they're fighting against trumpler and beginning their queer anarchocommunist revolution against ICE and the 1% via watching a TV show and larping on Bluesky.

Made a sperg have a literal temper tantrum IRL because I said I thought Homelander was funny. God the fans of this show are insufferable.

Homelander is an interesting character and Anthony Star is doing an amazing job playing as him. The acting for his character is better than anything I've seen in Gen V season 2.

He's really good, and his other shows are worth checking out.

I mean they've already gimped the ending with nerfing the number of Supes that exist and the Homelander twist storyline being completely dropped altogether.

I get the feeling that Ryan only exists because they destroyed Black Noir's role in the original story and have to find a way for the ending of the comic to still feasibly happen.

Of course, but that's because he's a great character (the show is "Justified"), and at least in my opinion, has nothing to do with the show declining in quality, or turning the protagonist into a moralfagging insert. Now the reboot show was not as good at all but even that could have been a lot worse.

Boyd Crowder is a weird example in that he's a bastard who ironically enough got watered down in his very first appearance via ad-lib (Olyphant threw in the line about him faking being a racist for clout in the pilot that later turned out to be true when they made Walt Goggins a series regular) and benefited from both a charismatic actor playing him and by the writers who knew Olyphant was a weak actor and leaned heavily onto Goggins ala how Deadwood leaned heavily onto Ian McShane, but who wrote Boyd completely schizophrenically to the point that even when they finally agreed that Boyd would be evil in the final season, couldn't stop flip flopping on whether or not they would fully commit to him being a villain even when they had Boyd give an "I'm evil" speech and shoot Shea Wigham from Boardwalk Empire, who was the given a guest spot solely to die at Boyd's hands as his "he's the villain!" Moment.

I know that mirrors what happened in the comics but they've spent 5 seasons developing shit in a different direction.

Butcher should absolutely make an attempt on Homelander, though.

I saw the scene of Starlight being mad at Hughie for being "raped"
you really couldn't do this with the sexes reversed
because it would be treated as rape and starlight would be portrayed as the biggest fucking self-centered asshole for being mad at hughie

holy shit, the kike writing this show really has pussy permanently stuck in his metaphorical mouth if he isn't just being subversive because kike

I thought'd they have the magic blood niggress be the one to kill homelander since kikes love that shit. But they'll have the kid do it? Might be a team effort with blood niggress and smart niggress working together to give nepobaby the chance for a killing blow.

I should have stopped watching this after season 1 when the good white writer left and the kike hacks too over.

While Homelander is sadly doomed by canon to die, they fucked up beyond all repair his heroic sacrifice death. Especially since Kripke seems adamant towards the idea that Homelander not Butcher, should be the final boss with the autism of those who think that the White Walkers should have been the end boss of Game of Thrones.

Ironically the more likely fate for Homelander would be depowering him and show trial/life in prison, since that is what Kripke wants Trump to suffer. Or blinding/depowering/left to be a homeless lunatic ranting and raving ala the villain chick from Victory Gundam who the series creator claimed was so vile due to her being a Judas, that death was too easy and merciful a punishment for her.

It's kinda sad that the series didn't follow the one good idea from the comic.

I mean, we all know the comic isn't all that great, Ennis' edgy "fuck capeshit mate" was a tired schtick by the late 90's, but I kinda liked what he did with Homelander.

As in, the clone twist as stuff can be played out, but I liked the implication that if it wasn't for Vought's corporate meddling, Homelander would fine.

Sure, he would be still a colossal prick like every other super in the comic, but he would be happy to stay in his privilege bubble, just posing for photos and indulging in his hedonism.

And that is because Homelander is just a mediocre man. Sure, he has incredible powers, but besides it, he isn't all that special or remarkable, he isn't particularly smart, or cunning and his delusions of grandeur came from having his mind broken by the blackmail photos Butcher got. He was a dumb regular guy who lost his mind when dealing with shit way above his capabilities.

That leaves the "real" villain, besides vought, a character we barely know, a blank slate that went insane for being a blank slate, and thus making Butcher's crusade completely empty.

To make Homelander a yet another Trump allegory is such a obvious waste of potential that makes me think why would they even bother if all they had to say is yet another "orange man bad".
