technically his arc of redeeming himself is completed so he doesnt have much else to go other than making it a flat arc or a negative arc, which is the deep's arc and that should bit him in the ass much later on

It felt lazy, they could've done more with him or at least given him the red rush treatment in the fight so we have something to watch besides him running away.

Anthony Starr looks like his scenes are filmed separately and he's just reacting to nothing. Maybe he was filming a movie or another show. But the scenes in his room with Soldier Boy or Sage look like he's just speaking to the camera and not an actual person.

After season five we have another season of Gen V, Boys Mexico, and Vought Rising. This is probably why the budget is so cheap. They need to stretch the production across three more seasons of spinoffs instead of just one giant finale.

Apparently, she originally performed her dialogue with an Asian accent and they decided to change it because it sounded like a racist pisstake on account of Karen being American so she had to redo all her lines and they overdubbed them.

I'm saying that they could've let A-train go on the offensive for a little bit in the fight but still get obliterated by Homelander despite that. I just wanted him to put up more of a fight instead of run away the entire time.

Her story is that she grew up in what I will assume is a poor area in the midwest like Chicago or Detroit so it does make sense for her to talk "ghetto" in your eyes. To me, she talks like a pretentious college student who read like 1 paragraph of Marx and gets their understanding of politics from breadtubers.

But seriously, what the fuck did they do to her?

I'm guessing this isn't too OOC of the TV show version as I am primarily familiar with the comic book version. It's just that the dialog is retarded.

She was pretty much the same as the comic book version until the first episode of this season when she "learned how to speak by watching Tiktok" on an off-screen plane ride. That isn't a joke, that's actually how the show explained it.

It's actually incredibly OOC for her in the show. Whoever decided she should talk like that should be thrown into a Homelander Freedom Camp.
