The scene with Termite was one of the most disgusting and just completely puerile things I've ever heard a series do, that it pretty much turned me off instantly.

If I remember it correctly, Butcher's cancer turned into tentacles after he took V and I guess when Homelander lasered those tentacles off that means Butcher doesn't have cancer anymore.
