I really wish that worked but no one has the time or will to do that enmass except for a handful of people that the cops will just walk up and arrest for whatever they are doing. The reason why BLM was so effective in the US imo was that they cost a lot of money to people with contacts in government and controlled the narrative after.
Something that massively helped BLM was that they placed the cops in a check mate, since the root of the issue was a cop killing a black man. Said cop being in very hot water.
No fucking cop wanted that hot potato, and they had a ton of leeway as a result. They were under scrutiny for any fuck up that could dig their hole further.
All in all, if you recruit students, you usually have a large body of people who are more than happy to go hang out in the street, be directed and cause havoc without having to be told so, violently or otherwise. It's not hard either, you just block their schools/universities, show up and recruit them. It works wonders. The more you grow in number, the more numbers you draw.
But it needs to be an escalation, not straight up going out to burn everything. I am not saying it won't help. But, maybe, think about it like an adult family friendly festival. During the day, it's a bit edgy but overall fine, in the evening it's straight up mayhem. All working towards the common goal of a successful festival. Both crowds bring their own value and can cohabitate to make it happen.
You also need a face for the cause. They are calling them white nationalists, when the real issue is more so with how useless UK police is in important moments, yet so annoying whenever they have an opportunity to be without facing danger or controversy. With that, you can give a legitimate purpose to the movement people can identify with, all the while admitting that others may have different motivations you don't necessarily align with.
Anyway, I am probably just too drunk, I am not sure how I got so invested in theorizing the best way to riot.
I sincerely wish the bongs the best of luck in their battle against tyranny.
