Countless old ladies calling and saying "I'm gonna put my grandson on with you, he knows more about this than I do" and I have to finish the call with a 10-year-old. Though in all fairness, they did usually know more and listened to directions pretty well.

I once asked a lady what browser she used and she told me "mozzarella firefox."

Had an old lady trip out while helping her set up her email because the email address couldn't be "maymay." She was like, "There is NO WAY that's already been taken! That's what my grandkids call me!"
