They do not buy anything new or fancy.

Are you kidding? Barb is a hoarder who has literally filled the house floor to ceiling with shit bought off ebay and home shopping bullshit. It may not be fancy, but some of it is new, and there's lots of it. If the limited inside of the home video we have says anything, much of it is still in unopened boxes.

I feel like elaborating on what I posted earlier. Some of my theories are pretty contrarian, so I'm wondering what @Marvin's thoughts are.

This is long as shit, but I'm tired and can't be bothered to edit it at the moment.

I really think Chris doesn't have more inherent mental issues than very high functioning autism; the majority of his issues (delusions, egotism, etc.) don't come from lack of treatment, but rather some actual "kick the autistic" and other shit going on throughout his life which would make anyone fucked up in the head.

Considering where he lives, as well as how apethetic everyone he knows was towards this incident, is it really too far-fetched to believe that people like Mary Lee Walsh and "Jerkops" were actually being even slight dicks towards him? And with his parents' indifference, he's pretty much only had himself to tell him he's not a total dumbass. If Chris inherently had a huge ego, why did he cry to himself in private instead of getting pissy and blaming everyone else right then and there for not receiving any awards at high school graduation, or getting kicked out of English class 3 years later?

Again, I don't think a lack of discipline and treatment made him what he is today. The Sweepstakes, if anything, probably helped his psych by giving him brief confidence and happiness.

Fuck, he could've actually been on the honor roll in high school. Do you people really think Bob gave enough of a shit about Chris to know about his merits? It's not super hard to get on a high school's honor roll, especially one in a redneck place. I believe his teachers played a large part in his shitty work not necessarily due to giving him undeserved grades, but due to being shit at teaching: this is a school that considered just playing Spanish PowerPuff girls dubs the majority of the time to be an adequate Spanish class. If he got decent teachers, he probably would've done decent work. I remember hearing in the Kacey call that he actually took the SATs, and I doubt he did that bad (like not outstanding, but at least 500 in both sections). Given how selfish his parents are/were, he could've done well enough in school for a good 4-year school but they backed out when they realized community college was cheaper.

Maybe the reason he "recovered" so quickly from all that shit in the old days was because he was already numb to being fucked over at that point.

By "help," I meant him seeing a therapist to fix his psych to what it could easily be, not like having a carer or anything.

I don't see how CWC in the late 90's and early 2000's would be such a burden for a more "geeky" person to befriend. He could've easily done better than those "gal-pals"; he doesn't seem to have been enough "out-there" for a semi-mature person to easily look past his quirks and talk about video games and shit with him. If he just had anyone who legitimately cared about him, he probably wouldn't have become a lolcow but actually have IRL friends who legitimately have fun with him (and not in a trolling way) and maybe a job in IT or something.

CWC could be the way he is due to isolation and actual "kick the autistic" he's received his whole life.

I left out a bunch of shit I forgot, and this is already as long as the bible, so anyone who actually bothers reading this shit should feel free ask questions and/or for clarification on things that are unclear.

Honestly, the more I really think about the entire LoveQuest, the more it actually seems to tie into your entire theory that Chris simply became who he is today due to neglect and being picked on most of his life. Obviously not by people like Hirtes or other lowlives, but by people like Wise, who would actually go out of his way to make Chris do all kinds of weird shit. I feel as though Chris may have wanted a gal-pal, primarily because by the time he was in high school, he already viewed most guys to be "jerks", and overall had a higher opinion on women his age.

I actually wrote a paragraph on that. I deleted it because I thought it was irrelevant and my post was TL;DR as it was, but saved it in notepad just in case:

I also think that his hatred of men and championing of women came from the fact that the only people who even acted nice to him in his childhood happened to be female. Considering that he hates gays (doesn't need an explanation with the previous sentence), he may have started his "Love quest" when he really just wanted some friends because he recognized being "just friends" with women is considered gay. Consider how he wasn't promiscuous towards his "gal-pals" in high school. Maybe he's not actually trans, but wants non-romantic relationships with women without "being gay."

The worst irony of all this would be is if, somehow, prosecution were initiated but the guilty parties got off by playing their own personal autism cards. :heart-empty:

My money's on @AnOminous , he's:
  • Fat (ever notice how Nick never shows full or half body shots?)
  • Alcoholic (Nick always drinks on stream, classic Alkie behavior)
  • A lawyer (they're all shekel-grabbing cucks)
So he fits all three requirements.

pffft that describes almost everyone working in criminal law.
plus I don't get as strong a vibe of antipathy towards five-oh from @AnOminous as the jaded defense attorney there

It is all low price junk. Their tastes are very pedestrian. They are not like Cole Smithey with $12 bottles of craft beer. A lot of cheap junk adds up, but not to put them in debt enough to require constant "emergency" funding from strangers and a $100,000 cash infusion NOW NOW NOW!!!

"A lot" and a hoarder's version of "a lot" are vastly different things. Barb also ridiculously overpays for shit.

Wait, whaa?
Are you saying that short gratification versus long hard work is better than hard work, which could have potentially helped to give Chris a better and more stable outlook on life?

A job in IT doing what exactly? I respect your opinion, but at the same time, I am dumbfounded at how some people continue to play what if. Chris has always been dysfunctional and very disturbed, and I now, I only think that true help would only be marginally better. I think that keeping him offline and in some behavioral program has always been the way to go. No, not a group home, just something tough and serious enough to help him along in life instead of being preyed upon by trolls and white knights who are not qualified to deal with this stuff.

I think this was always destined to happen just because of the simple fact that Chris is not approachable enough for most people to build a long-term rapport with him.

I agree. I would also like to add that he really screwed the pooch on his relationship with men (non-sexual). I think men have been his biggest and only real fans, and he could have definitely found some healing throughout life if he had just been more accepting of people with a penis. Though, I don't blame him after being bullied. I really wish that he would tone down his all or nothing with relationships. For instance, with anything new like a friend, he always has to go over the top in trying to relate to them somehow, whether that talking to much in weird voices or unwanted physical affection.

I had Chris talk to her. She said that the house was paid off but she took a $108k mortgage on it to pay debts. The $900/mo he gives her is for the mortgage.

Rekieta inaccurately says she sold the house to the bank, and perhaps I used the word reverse-mortgage incorrectly, but she has essentially taken a loan with the house as collateral to pay consumer debt. Chris will almost assuredly lose the house when she dies.

There is a special place in Hell for Wise and Boyd, just as there is a special place in Hell for Barb.

I had noticed that Joshua Wise appears to be some kind of Call of Duty tier fuckwit gun sperg, and frequently makes threats involving firearms against Chris and his family. The point where he threatens to shoot Barb is an example.

Is this a possible avenue for action against them? Even ignoring the money and associated acts, if you can demonstrate Chris had reason to fear for his life and was sending money in response, that's something the police might look into.
You may have to fudge the details a bit after the fact, but if Chris can be convinced to behave as though the money was sent in response to threats of physical violence, it's a possible remedy, and there is an adequate number of threats to support this approach.

Chris thanked the Idea Guys for validating his belief in alternate dimensions and co-writing Sonichu. Is this like Stockholm syndrome or something? At least he's still angry about the money extorted from him.

Lmao, he wants interest. This kind of shit is why I love Chris.

I doubt it could be used in a court case for this specific stuff. But the gun obsession and looseness with violent threats, combined with his clear predatory, antisocial behavior makes me wonder if he could end up on a watch list or something.

It's all about how it's presented. Taken out of context and with Chris saying the right things, it's potentially actionable. Chris is a mentally ill man. If he could be convinced to say he interpreted it as a legitimate threat to his life, and the extortion being a part of that, you could have something here. A lot of money changed hands amidst threats of violence. With the right spin, that's a felony.
I'm not saying it's clean, but it might be doable.

That Joshua Wise and Steven Whoever-The-Hell will be best remembered as mere footnotes in the Chronicles of Chris-Chan, and not terribly interesting or edifying ones at that, strikes me as the most fitting punishment for their crimes against our autistic hero. The only appropriate one, Hell no, but absolutely the most fitting. Memorable as individuals only insofar as they relate to Chris, and even then as worse versions of Bluespike lacking even his redeeming features. The gritty, realistic modern Bluespike reboot for the century's angsty teenage years, perhaps, now with a transwoman lead.

This is what it means to be part of Christory: Chris is the only reason any of us give a single solitary shit about this cringy nine-hour Hyperdimension Animeboobia roleplay. Nobody thinks it's awesome or edgy or anything more than accidentally amusing. Sorry, guys. We came for CWC.

Ironically enough, all those nutty trans-right groups we snicker at might be able to get somewhere here. They're consantatly conflating non-issues into legal nightmares for some poor schmuck that didn't call them Miss, plus they lack all scruples in the quest to protect a poor harassed womyn like Chris.

The idea of a shrieking picket line of rainbow bat wielding troons outside of Wises' moms house does make me smile..

Release the Sisterwood!

Hobbit did contact trans advocacy groups in her state and none of them wanted to touch it. They're useless.

I'm going to wait to see how BronyCon goes, unless something very dramatic and promising happens before, and then start resorting to APS and The Arc. If Chris really fucks up BronyCon like with TMG I'm going to stop playing devil's advocate.
