So a 300 lb. internet atheist with a council house and a shitty accent with a severe hate boner for autistic manchildren?
Definitely a cuckistan britfag. Uses words like "favourite, arsed, laddy". And does the classic pompous move of calling Null "Joshua Connor Moon".

And yeah he does remind me of a certain Internet terrorist..

I'm not sure about that although he is a living example of why eugenics are a good thing and that T4 needs introducing in Virginia. But I am sure that masturbating
too Anime does not make you a Ninja or prepare for fighting my boy.

And here I thought you were cool, calm down son.

Oh wait u got b&, lol too late.

A-logs: the biggest lulz sources of them all.

BUT I HAVE ASS BURGERS AND CHRIS MAKES ALL THE PEOPLE WITH ASS BURGERS LOOK BAD

HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT I AM A BIGGER LOLCOW THAN CHRIS

CHRIS IS LITERALLY HITLER AND A DRAIN ON SOCIETY RREEEEEE

YEAH AND HE'S STEALING MY TAX DOLLARS AND WASTES OXYGEN BECAUSE HE REFUSES TO

GET
A
JOB!!!!!!

On a more serious note, I hope the extortionists get whatever is coming to them in the worst way possible. It's one thing to laugh at an autistic manchild, it's entirely another to steal items of value and make him do violence to himself and family and shit on the floor or whatever.

i have no problem with joshua manipulating chris into changing the sonichu lore with dumb edgy jokes, that shit's funny. but extorting chris? that's just wrong on so many levels. i hope he gets what's coming to him.

Yeah, but I have a feeling it was never just going to be that, considering the type of personalities displayed by him and @NinFreakLan

How's it going?

I've followed Chris for years as I'm sure several of you have, and I've never felt the need to make an account until now. I am a former Adult Protective Services worker (not in Virginia) and am glad that they will (or have been already maybe?) contacted. If they haven't been contacted yet, I wanted to throw in some advice.

First off, per the VA APS website, "APS investigates reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of adults 60 years of age or older and incapacitated adults age 18 or older." (http://www.dss.virginia.gov/family/as/aps.cgi).

Per Virginia law, "'Incapacitated adult' means any person 18 years of age or older who is impaired by reason of mental illness, intellectual disability, physical illness or disability, advanced age or other causes to the extent the adult lacks sufficient understanding or capacity to make, communicate or carry out reasonable decisions concerning his well-being." (https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title18.2/chapter8/section18.2-369/)

There is no doubt in my mind that Chris is impared by reason of mental illness and disability to the extent that she cannot make or carry out reasonable decisions - the proof is kinda in the pudding on that one. When APS is contacted, I would advise Null (or whoever is going to be making the contact - I assume Null as he's the op and has the evidence) to focus on shit like believing there are weapons on the moon, or whatever weird nonsense points to undiagnosed mental illness, obv. mention the known diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, and of course the loss of money (duh). It can be difficult for an APS worker to convince a judge a person is incapacitated and incapable of making their own choices, generally speaking the state is scared they are taking away peoples' rights if they step in. The sheriff's office that shrugged and went, "Well, CWC's a consenting adult," isn't an uncommon attitude in this field, even when law enforcement ought to have fucking stepped in a long time ago. However, the loss of thousands of dollars due to a person's inability to make sound decisions can pretty quickly convince a judge that yeah, this person probably can't take care of themself.

All that you probably considered already, but I would also suggest in the same phone call reporting Barbara as an adult in need of services. She is over 60, sounds like she cannot manage money, her health seems to be declining, and the house caught fire due to hoarding. Hoarding is a very common issue with APS and I can guarantee you the APS worker, if it's not their first day on the job, has experience with hoarding. Hell, I know some places in the country have units who do hoarding cases and only hoarding cases. Barbara Chandler is a textbook case of self neglect. Granted she could outright refuse services and I do not think she is incapable of making independent decisions, but it might help to convince APS to get somebody out there.

Chris may not go to a group home or whatever, but I think there are likely services that can be set up which can still help. I think a group home setting would provide great structural support which Chris would benefit from. Chris isn't stupid and seems able to learn (sometimes - and Chris could definitely learn and improve with encouragement and assistance). Maybe PACT team services or something (that's a team that provides community support for people who have mental illnesses who live in the community), or hell maybe just Meals on Wheels for Barb so somebody is stopping in regularly to check in on her and Chris.

Anyway I am sorry for this long boring wall of text.

tldr: call APS, mention Chris's possible undiagnosed mental illness, autism, and financial exploitation price tag & also report Barb for self-neglect

People have been doing this. Every day. For 10 years. Part of the orientation for new employees at any government agency in the Piedmont region is the "Julie talk".

Classic A-Log.
People don't talk about him as much as they should. He's still making content and it's still dreadful.
He did a video for an autism awareness channel that's pretty great.
Okay, that looks suspiciously like this guy:

I'm late as fuck, but this is heartbreaking. I like to observe and giggle at Chris but this is so evil and so inappropriate. Fuck these guys. I hope somehow chris can get some help. Thanks for the info Null, even though the authorities don't care. At all.

It seems to me like one of the problems might be the sources of the reporting. I mean no disrespect to people on the board who are genuinely trying to help Chris, but I could see how their attempts to get the state to interfere could look, from the perspective of someone at APS, like an attempt to fuck with him. They spend many, many years fucking with him, or at least orbiting the world that fucks with him, and now they want the state to intervene? Couldn't that just be another attempt to fuck with him and make him suffer by sending people after him and making him lose some freedom and independence? If not, why are Chris' people who should be his support system, like Barb, Rocky, Anna, etc. not making the request? Why only "internet trolls"?

To be clear, I don't think this is an accurate portrayal of what is happening at all. But I do wonder if that perception is a problem. It also seems to be one of the main reasons to be frustrated with the reticence of Chris' "genuine friends" to get involved.

Again, not to be disrespectful, but I get the sense that the best anyone can accomplish now is put a finger in the dike (or finger in the lesbian soul?). Try to keep everyone, including Chris himself, from doing further real damage to Chris. Unless a more permanent supervisory solution can be found, eventually something will slip through and the dike will burst. Or Chris will pull the finger out himself by rejecting their help. It seems like a race between a decent outcome and a disastrous outcome, but the present equilibrium is unsustainable in the long run.
