This game was shilled by literally all corners fucking for weeks. It was on Twitter, 4chan, and even Reddit. I eventually decided to give in but instead of buying the game I just decided to watch a playthrough.

From what I gathered the game is about a brother and sister isolated from the world and they're also in a toxic relationship with each other. Leyley, the sister, through the game, constantly manipulates Andy convincing him to do a lot of heinous shit with her like eating their own neighbor.

I thought the game was fine but the reactions are what bothers me the most. Most people who praised the game were coomers who completely overlooked all the horror aspects of the game and instead treated it as an incest fetish game which caused a lot of people to believe that's what the game was all about. Things got worse when the creator of the game decided to grift with the newfound coomer attention by dissing all the incest critics by making a drawing of Andy and Leyley hugging each other and saying cry about it

I would have honestly tried to defend the creator of the game but at this point, it's hard for me to give him the benefit of the doubt. To me, it seems like he made the game due to his incest fetish but tried to cover it up so people wouldn't be utterly repulsed by it

A quick look at the creators other games seems to show some general interest in darker/taboo subject matter, but I didn't see anything else that directly mentioned incest (Though what hides within the games is unknown to me.)
