I played through this a couple weeks ago completely blind knowing nothing about it other than it being 'horror' and supposedly feeling like a throwback to insanely edgy mid-2000s flash movies, and it delivered on those aspects. Not surprised to hear the fanbase is as gross as I expected. It did stand out to me that Leyley is presented as really psychopathic and manipulative throughout the entire game and Andy wants absolutely nothing to do with her shit most of the time, which makes the shipping even grosser. The whole thing felt kinda derivative of that movie The Good Son in how it ramped up, and I think it will probably turn into even more of a huge drama clusterfuck if there actually winds up being an ending where Andy doesn't kill or escape from Leyley.
