A group of high school students form a coven of witches. A sequel of the 1996 film, "The Craft".

The original was fairly entertaining and a product of its time. Seeing as the "art hoes" are still around, I guess there's some audience for it.

But it looks terrible.

I had no idea that "Kim" from Delocated wrote and directed this straight-to-video(on demand) flick.
Once a decent Blumhouse flick is released, they go and focus on these turds. Did anyone see the Black Christmas remake?

This doesn't look like it has any of the comfy goth appeal of the original. Plus the music was a big part of the original and since the trailer uses generic trailer music it seems unlikely that they put any thought into the soundtrack.

The production value is much higher than I thought it would be.
Looks very formulaic and I pretty much know the whole movie based on the trailer but it looks fine.
I don't like the music but the trailer was probably made by someone who had nothing to do with making the movie.

I took a brief look at the other movie that the writer/director made and it seems like she can put together a nice looking and sounding movie.
Don't know about her writing skills, I would have to actually watch something she wrote and I'm reeeeeeeeeally far from the target demo for any of them.

If I was a teenage goth girl, I would be mildly excited for this.

Only good thing that came about from the trailer was how hard I was laughing from my partner's reactions to it. Spoiler alert: she hated it. Hilarious considering this garbage would normally be her bread and butter.
